Rokt expands partnership with boohoo

Rokt has expanded its partnership with online fashion giant Boohoo to focus on increasing user engagement and profit per transaction across markets in North America, Europe and Australia/New Zealand. Within a year of launching, Boohoo decided to expand to both sides of Rokt’s marketplace, Rokt Ecommerce and Rokt Ads, to power relevant offers on the confirmation page and acquire new customers at scale.

The partnership launched in September 2022 to drive value by unlocking relevant, non-endemic offers for Boohoo’s global customers across both browser and app transactions and across Boohoo’s leading brands, including Boohoo, Nasty Gal, boohooMAN and PrettyLittleThing.

Rokt’s advanced AI powers placements on Boohoo’s transaction flow, and leverages first-party data to create relevant experiences tailored to each individual customer. As a result, Rokt effectively drives higher levels of customer engagement and fosters stronger brand loyalty, all while maximizing the overall value of every transaction.

Boohoo integrated with Rokt Ecommerce to increase customer loyalty through app downloads and repeat purchases. In addition, the fashion brands will also use Rokt Ads to acquire new customers at scale by accessing Rokt’s exclusive inventory within premium brands such as Ticketmaster, Uber, AMC Theatres and more. Rokt Ads will enable Boohoo to capture the full attention of relevant prospects transacting across premium ecommerce sites.

Sydney FC selects Storyblok’s CMS to build new digital experiences

Storyblok, the content management system (CMS) category provider, was used by Sydney FC, Australia’s most successful football club, to build a digital stadium experience that generates a massive amount of engagement from the fans.

Back in 2018, Sydney FC had to embark on a 4-year journey playing at different sites across Sydney so the aged Allianz Stadium could be rebuilt from the ground up. This was exhausting for the team and fans who missed having a stadium of their own.

As the end of construction approached, Sydney FC knew they needed to do something special to build enthusiasm for the team’s return to the new stadium. They decided to work with Herbert Digital, a Storyblok Certified Partner, to build an exciting digital stadium experience with Storyblok in just 4 months.

Along with being the main source of content for everything about Sydney FC, the website features an Experience Selector that enables fans to pick the best seats for their circumstances and the atmosphere they want to enjoy.

Thanks to Storyblok’s Visual Editor, Sydney FC was able to create all of the content in the CMS in just two weeks. When it launched in 2022, the website had over 1-million-page events. Matchday revenue skyrocketed by 370%, and attendance increased by 228% year-over-year.

Sydney FC only planned to use the website for the initial return to the stadium, but after seeing this success and experiencing how easy and cost-effective it is to manage content with Storyblok, they decided to continue using it as their primary membership hub.
