Business Tip Image by Pete Linforth from PixabayThis is the 54th in a series of business tips from industry leaders that Enterprise Times has interviewed. Enterprise Times recently spoke to Ze’ev Rozov, COO at Hibob, about his role at the company and its plans for international growth.

Rozov revealed that Hibob is targeted at those companies that have outgrown their national solutions and are looking to grow internationally, but do not yet need the complexity of Workday. Hibob offers localisation across many countries to meet those companies taking their first steps abroad. However, internationalisation is now easy, and Rozov offered some advice for companies looking to expand their employee footprint abroad.

“One thing is just to go back to the multinational aspects. As companies are going through that journey right now, and many companies who are either operating in multiple markets, or are in the process of considering that. It’s just recognising the complexity that is involved in that process.

“Don’t underestimate how complicated that can be. Make sure you’re putting in the infrastructure to support that, because no one will get it 100% right the first time around. Figure out what is it that you cannot get wrong, and make sure that you focus on that!”
