The convention season continued last week, with several held physically and virtually. Precisely made several announcements. Other announcements came from Salesforce as it held Agentforce in London.
Precisely launched its AI Readiness Assessment service to customers. It has also improved the foundation of the Data Integrity Suite with the use of AI-powered data quality and entity resolution and improved observability capabilities.
Precisely also launched an AI ecosystem for data integrity. It provides organisations with a way to integrate their use of AI-driven analytics into other data practices. Another announcement included the addition of Intelligent Autocomplete to Automate Evolve, its automation platform designed to digitise strategic data processes for SAP ERP.
At the Salesforce World Tour in London, Zahra Bahrololoumi spoke about the increasing importance of AI agents acting with greater autonomy in the workforce. She highlighted that those AI Agents must still collaborate with humans.
Ataccama announced the creation of a new Partner Advisory Board. It has persuaded business leaders from across the globe to participate. It includes leaders from Deloitte, Snowflake, Capgemini, AWS, Adastra, and Systemation.
Outreach announced a new integration with SAP Sales Cloud.

Chainguard partnership
Azul announced a strategic partnership with Chainguard which will unite Azul’s best-in-class commercial support and curated OpenJDK distributions with Chainguard’s world-class Linux distro, software factory and container images.
Chainguard will build from source Java container images that incorporate Azul’s commercially supported build of OpenJDK, that’s part of Azul Platform Core, enabling enterprises to accelerate developer productivity, eliminate costly engineering toil and harden their software supply chain security.

Freshworks
At its flagship Refresh event, Freshworks unveiled the next generation of its Freddy Agentic AI Platform, a connected, intelligent, continuously learning system of AI agents that don’t just reply to service questions but can resolve them.
The company also introduced the Freddy AI Agent Studio. This no-code platform simplifies the creation and deployment of autonomous AI agents, making it easier for businesses to scale customer support. Freddy AI Agent Studio helps relieve service teams of endless ticket handoffs, delayed resolutions, and frustrated users due to outdated automations.
New, easy-to-deploy AI agents can think, reason and act to resolve many customer queries from start to finish, giving human agents more time to handle more complex customer challenges.

In India, Newsbytes and BusinessLine revealed that Infor is looking to invest in the country. It will invest $2 million alongside hyperscaler AWS to bring a data centre online in H1 2026 and plans to invest $20-30 million over the next few years. It is set to nearly double its existing Hyderabad employee count of 3,500 to 7,000 by 2027. The ERP vendor has seen revenue from India double in 2024 and plans to grow the team by 10-15% each year.
Panasonic
Launch of a 40,000lm projector
Panasonic Connect has announced the upcoming launch of the PT-RQ45K Series, a next-generation 3-Chip DLP projector offering an impressive 40,000lm brightness at 4K resolution—all packed into the world’s smallest and lightest body in its class. The new model is scheduled for release in Q3 CY2026 (July–September).

The firm announced Zoho Translate, a new privacy-focused translation app built to bring people closer, wherever they are. Zoho Translate goes beyond just words: it’s your bridge to more than 60 languages, allowing you to connect, share, and understand no matter the language or platform. The app lets you translate text, audio, and images into more than 60 languages.
The new app is available in a web browser or can be downloaded on Android or iOS devices and does not appear to have any charges associated with it. Users can either speak, take a photo of text, or type in text to get a translation.
