Ataccama has announced the creation of a new Partner Advisory Board. It has persuaded business leaders from across the globe to participate. The first session of the new Board will be held in Boston this week. The intent is to provide a forum for feedback and discussion around the Ataccama product direction and services strategy. It will also provide a sounding board for how the Ataccama ecosystems help the company build, sell and scale into the future.
Each board member has experience in building and delivering enterprise-grade data programs across highly regulated industries, such as finance and insurance. They have all directly influenced Ataccama’s partner-led success, advising clients, expanding adoption, and opening new market opportunities.
The board members will include leaders from the following partners:
- Deloitte
- Snowflake
- Capgemini
- AWS
- Adastra
- Systemation

What Ataccama has not revealed is who the individuals representing those organisations are. However, Bill Romenesko, Principal, MDM/Data Governance at Capgemini, who is one of the members, commented, “Ataccama isn’t just building tools.
“The focus on cloud and AI shows real foresight in how they are advancing the platform to drive value for businesses. Being part of the Partner Advisory Board gives us a meaningful opportunity to help shape where the platform is headed to ensure the technology continues to align with how our customers evolve their business strategies.”
Jessica Goulart, Global Vice President of Partnerships at Ataccama. “This Board connects us with the people delivering outcomes in the field. Each leader was selected for their strategic perspective across industries like financial services, manufacturing, and insurance. They bring insight into what customers need, where the gaps are, and how the market is shifting. That input directly shapes how we evolve our platform to meet the real demands of modern enterprises.”
The symbiotic relationship with partners
Partners are important for any vendor, and Ataccama is no exception. Over the last year, Ataccama has helped solution partners grow their Ataccama-related services revenue by 10x. It has achieved this through several strategies. These included the development of accelerators to shorten time-to-value, which included the use of Generative AI to reduce time-to-value by simplifying rule creation and setup.
The firm also announced its availability of Ataccama One on the Snowflake Marketplace with an integration with Document AI. This enhanced Snowflake integration enables enterprises to turn unstructured content, such as contracts, invoices, and PDFs, into structured data by running models directly within Snowflake. It has also added an integration using APIs to Atlan.
For Ataccama, this increase in partner services revenues has assisted in growing the partner source product pipeline by 67%, including one of the largest deals it has ever done. It has also added new partners, with the firm signing up Concord, a leading technology consultancy, earlier this year.
The existing and new partnership have assisted customers by accelerating cloud migrations, improving data quality at scale, and deploying AI-ready data architectures faster than ever.
Goulart added, “It’s a real engine for growth, collaboration, and leadership. Our partners now have a seat at the table to influence go-to-market strategy, drive scale, and help shape how data trust is delivered across the ecosystem. This Board turns momentum into a long-term advantage, powered by the people building real outcomes every day.”
Enterprise Times: What does this mean
The new Partner Advisory Board is a third board that will help steer the partner strategy for Ataccama. Ataccama also has a customer advisory board, which includes leaders from customers such as Truist, MetLife, M&T Bank, Stanley Black & Decker, Allianz, and Thermo Fisher Scientific. There is also the Strategic Advisory Board, which now consists of five members:
- Akhil Lalwani, Chief Data Officer at Convex
- Andrew Foster, Chief Data & Analyst Officer at M&T Bank
- Randy Bean, advisor to Fortune 1000 organizations and best-selling author
- Krishna Cheriath, Chief Digital Officer, Thermo Fisher Scientific CRG and PSG
- Fred Bemant, Founder and CEO of Volt Entertainment and experienced cybersecurity leader
The Partner Advisory Board complements Ataccama’s Customer Advisory Board and Strategic Advisory Board. These boards provide Ataccama with a 360-degree view of the market, shaping product direction, customer experience, and long-term strategy across the ecosystem.
With the growing importance of the ecosystem to Ataccama, the creation of this Board makes sense. What will be interesting is how membership, specifically changes to the membership of the Advisory Committee, changes.
What is interesting is the mix of members from technology partners such as AWS and Snowflake to smaller regional partners such as Systemation. It will be intriguing to see how this evolves and what influence and initiatives emerge from the Board in the coming months. Will other partners aspire to membership?
