On education, ServiceNow announced it is enhancing its training program with an expanded curriculum to include partner courses. The more comprehensive curriculum builds on the momentum of the RiseUp with ServiceNow goal to skill one million individuals on the Now Platform by the end of 2024.
The company will deploy $1 billion in investment capital to ServiceNow Ventures, the company’s global strategic investment arm, by 2026. ServiceNow announced that its Board of Directors had authorized the company’s first‑ever share repurchase program of up to $1.5 billion in shares of common stock.
The ServiceNow Compensation Committee granted equity awards under the ServiceNow 2022 New‑Hire Equity Incentive Plan. 247 newly hired employees received, in the aggregate, restricted stock units representing 66,484 shares of ServiceNow common stock.

Globant has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire French-based Pentalog. Pentalog is a digital transformation company that creates high-quality technology solutions and products for digitally native organizations in key industries such as finance, sports, gaming, travel, and education.

Bizagi published a business update from its last fiscal year ending March 31, 2023. ARR from cloud revenues grew 64%. Expansion bookings grew 78%. Net retention increased by 115.5%. It added 38 new enterprise customers across industries, including Manufacturing, Retail, Transportation, Banking and Investments
CEO Gustavo Gomez said, “In becoming a Cloud-ARR company Bizagi has reached an important inflexion point, putting us in a very strong position for the future. We have done this by focusing more than ever on partnering with our customers to realize the huge value they can deliver with Bizagi.”
ContractLogix
Contract Logix announced another 12 months of tremendous growth for the company. Contract Logix has seen a triple-digit percentage increase in electronic signatures, completed tasks for reviews and approvals, contract requests, and automatic workflows triggered by its customers. In addition, the company saw a nearly 100% increase in the millions of contracts and documents managed in its software and a 60% increase in users.

Docuware revealed it increased revenue by 21.5% in 2022 and added more than 3,000 customers. Its partner network now has more than 800 members. Cloud revenue grew 47.4% year over year, and by the end of the year, it had 8,500 cloud customers.
