Reply.io launches Jason AI powered by ChatGPT that writes emails and replies automatically
Reply.io, a platform that automates business communications, has introduced Jason AI, the first AI-powered B2B conversational assistant. It is built on the recently launched OpenAI’s ChatGPT API, to speed up the outreach process and scale personalized communications.
Following the integration of GPT-3 for generating business messages and Email AI Assistant last year, Reply.io has continued its transformation into an AI-based all-in-one platform for email automation. Reply.io has launched Jason AI, which helps customers at all stages of their outreach process.
The tool is built on OpenAI’s ChatGPT language model. Using natural language processing algorithms, Jason AI can identify specific keywords and phrases and recognize the intention of the received reply, such as “interested”, “not interested”, or “meeting intent”. Based on this analysis, the tool can craft a suggested response and save it as an AI draft in the Inbox tab.
