NetSuite rolled out several announcements from SuiteWorld. Whilst Oracle will hold AI World next week. Salesforce made several announcements ahead of Dreamforce next week. With many of its ecosystem partners chose to make their announcements this week as well. At SuiteWorld Enterprise Times met Jim Kitchen, CIO at Continental Battery. He provided five tips for enterprises grown by M&As, deploying AI to support business growth and technological cohesion.
Evan Goldberg, Founder and EVP, Oracle NetSuite, provided the keynote address at the SuiteWorld 2025 gathering in Las Vegas. More than 8,000 visitors came and heard Goldberg reinforce NetSuite’s commitment to innovation and the transformative power of AI. Goldberg announced that Oracle NetSuite is integrating AI into every element of its platform and making AI a “force multiplier” for business productivity, insight, and automation.
At the Arduino EMEA Partner Conference in Milan, it announced two new Arduino boards under the Arduino Uno Q brand. It was recently revealed that Qualcomm had snapped up Arduino for an undisclosed amount. It is promising that the company will retain its independence as part of the deal.

Datadog has burst through the 1,000-integration barrier for its unified platform. It means that its platform now has one of the broadest observability coverage in the market. That coverage continues to grow as the company broadens the areas and products that it covers. At present, that coverage includes infrastructure, cloud services, security platforms, SaaS applications, and fast-growing AI technologies like NVIDIA and OpenAI.
Planful has announced that Grant Halloran is stepping down as CEO. John Herr will assume the role of CEO at the financial performance management cloud software vendor.
Oracle NetSuite has announced updates to its NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Network partner programme. Which is aimed at supporting partners in developing AI-based business applications and facilitating new revenue opportunities.
The company’s SuiteApp.AI Marketplace has introduced new categories focused on AI security and performance, along with additional AI development resources. These changes are intended to support partners in building, verifying, and delivering AI solutions for NetSuite’s global customer base.
Salesforce has announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Apromore. Apromore offers a full-spectrum process intelligence platform powered by Agentic AI. Apromore is already tightly integrated in the Salesforce platform and can discover, simulate, optimise and monitor business processes in Salesforce Cloud.

1Spatial has extended its partnership with UK Power Networks (UKPN). The UK electric network distribution, which maintains electricity networks across London, the South East, and the East of England, has signed a $1 million SaaS contract to utilise the 1Streetworks platform for the next 15 months, with an option for a one-year extension.

At its conference Converge, Kantata unveiled a new AI Platform that will stand apart from, but be integrated with, both of its PSA products, Kantata SX and Kantata OX. The innovative solution, the Kantata Expertise Engine, is the first. Kantata believes, that it will transform firmwide knowledge from both PSA solutions and third-party applications into actionable intelligence for professional services organisations.
Oracle NetSuite has released its next generation of the NetSuite SuiteCloud Platform. An extensibility and customisation environment that enables enterprises to adapt NetSuite to their unique business needs.
Built on NetSuite’s unified data model and open standards, SuiteCloud now enables customers, partners, and developers to integrate leading AI models. They can design custom AI agents and compose AI-driven workflows and experiences across NetSuite.
On stage during the Keynote, Evan Goldberg, Founder and Executive Vice President of Oracle NetSuite, announced a strategic partnership with BILL, the intelligent finance platform. He was joined on stage by René Lacerte, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of BILL, to discuss the strategic partnership.
Zoho continues to host Zoholics events across Europe. This week, it is hosting an event in Paris, France. The firm has seen strong growth in the country, increasing its employee numbers by 70% over the last two years. To support the 36% growth it has already achieved.
At the event, it was announced that the company is also expanding its office footprint in Lille at the start of 2026, to support further investment in the team. It also announced Vani by Zoho, a new collaboration platform.

11:11 Systems has published a report examining the complexity, challenges, and opportunities of the cybersecurity landscape. The report 11:11 CYBER TRENDS REPORT 2025 (Registration Required) is based on a survey of over 800 leaders at organisations with at least 1,000 employees.
Certinia published a report. The report is “The 2025 Public Market Pulse” (Registration Required to download). It provides insights into the impact of customer Success on net revenue retention for publicly traded PSOs. The survey found that 38% of IT leaders believe that their organisations are overly confident about their ability to recover from a cybersecurity incident. 43% are somewhat overconfident but taking steps to address the issue.

Cybage published case studies detailing implementations at several clients. For a leading floral and gifting brand, it transitioned its pricing from a traditional model to a dynamic pricing model to drive revenue and profitability. It unified the management of prices, tax rates, and pricing rules. By doing so, it improved consistency and significantly reduced errors.

Freshworks announced Enrique Ortegon as its new Senior Vice President and General Manager of Americas Field Sales. Bringing over two decades of leadership experience in enterprise SaaS and go-to-market strategy. Enrique will lead Freshworks’ growth strategy and operations across North and South America. Infor revealed in a blog and video how Miller Industries is the world’s largest manufacturer and distributor of vehicle towing and recovery equipment, saved over 3,000 hours annually with Infor Value+.
Kantata
At Converge, Kantata revealed that it has partnered with Service Performance Insights in an exclusive deal that will gain access to the industry’s most comprehensive and granular dataset on professional services performance, SPI’s renowned benchmarking dataset. The dataset will be anonymised and surfaced through the Kantata Expertise Engine. It’s a major milestone and industry differentiator.

Kaseya made a series of announcements during the week of its annual conference, DattoCon 2025.
Acquisition of INKY
Kaseya announced the acquisition of INKY, a pioneer in modern, generative-AI-based email security for managed service providers (MSPs) and small to midsize businesses (SMBs).

Kaseya is creating an AI-powered Digital Workforce that addresses universal pain points faced by every MSP, regardless of size or speciality, by leveraging the power of an agentic learning system. As a native capability of the Kaseya platform, the Digital Workforce provides a single view across all components and the unified data stream that flows between them. Kaseya will deliver limited availability to Digital Workforce beginning in Spring 2026.
Effective December 2025, Kaseya is ending its High Watermark pricing policy for Datto RMM, SaaS Protection and Autotask. These products will transition to a Committed Minimum Quantity and Variable Consumption policy. With the rest of Kaseya’s tools expected to do the same by the end of June 2026.

Zoho
Bharat Connect
Zoho has partnered with Bharat Connect (formerly Bharat Billpay). Together they will provide a solution that allows you to effortlessly manage bills; send invoices; handle sales orders, vendor payments, and credit and debit notes, and receive customer payments.
When a buyer sends a purchase order through Zoho Books, it connects to Zoho Payments to connect them with sellers. The supplier receives it in his ERP, converts it into an invoice, and sends it back. If adjustments are needed, credit and debit notes are exchanged through the same system. Payments are initiated via Zoho Payments, and Bharat Connect ensures settlements reach the right party.
Axis Bank
Axis Bank customers can link their bank accounts with Zoho Finance apps (Books, Inventory, Expense, and Payroll). Thus, making it easier than ever to manage finances. With data flowing automatically, you can pay vendors, reimburse employees, handle multiple bills, view live balances, reconcile transactions, and access bank feeds in one platform.
Salary Disbursals
Zoho has developed a facility to move money directly from your Zoho apps. The first application to feature an integration with Zoho Payments is Zoho Payroll. Users can disburse salaries directly through Zoho Payments without leaving Zoho Payroll or logging into a separate banking portal.
Zoho POS
Zoho unveiled Zoho Payments POS devices, QR devices and sound boxes. Along with a range of payment solutions including payout capabilities, virtual accounts for collections, and marketplace settlements. In 2024, Zoho introduced Zoho Payments, a unified payment gateway to help businesses securely accept payments from their customers.
The announcement was made on the side-lines of Global Fintech Fest 2025. One of the largest annual fintech conferences, organised by Payments Council of India (PCI), National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), and Fintech Convergence Council (FCC).
