There were also several funding announcements and a slew of appointments across tech firms. With March rapidly approaching and several user conferences planned, there should be a slew of more announcements as the Spring conference season commences.

Appointment

Headforwards appointed Jon Dodkins as its Head of Technical Solutions.

Monta announced the appointment of James Eyton as Chief Financial Officer.

Planful announced that Melissa Dreuth has been promoted to the dual role of Chief Customer & People Officer.

Transfer Travel has announced that Carl Carter, Founder and CEO of CSC Global Partners, has agreed to become a strategic advisor to the travel resale platform firm.

Business and Finance

Freshworks announced its Q4 2024 and full-year results, decreasing losses and raising revenues to $720.4 million, up 21%.

Noxus has raised $1.5 million for its AI Operating System for Enterprises of the future.

Customers

Newgen Software revealed that Enterprise Bank has deployed its commercial lending solution.

Rootstock Software has announced that AIRSYS Cooling Technologies has selected its ERP solution to replace its legacy solution.

Partnership

ReposiTrak, the world’s largest food traceability network, and Upshop, the technology provider of in-store operations for food retail, have formed a partnership.

Product

Aera Technology revealed that its Decision Cloud is reducing workloads by 40% and driving value for customer businesses.

Agiloft has added AI capabilities to its market-leading Contract Lifecycle Management platform.

Amplitude, a digital analytics platform, has launched Guides and Surveys to help organisations improve onboarding and user engagement.

Memgraph has announced a major expansion to its technology stack, making it easier to develop enterprise AI applications.

Workday has laid out its roadmap for its Agentic AI strategy and unveiled the Workday Agent System of Record, HRM for digital employees.

Zoho unveiled a comprehensive strategy for deploying Agentic AI capabilities across its platform.

Research

A new report by the Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) reveals the significant impact generative AI is having on UK society, both professionally and personally.

Zoho has published the 2024 Europe Digital Health Study. The report is a comprehensive look at the digital health of organisations across Europe.

Deltek

Deltek hosted a one-hour Webinar that examined the state of the construction industry in 2025. Kermit Baker, Chief Economist, The American Institute of Architects and John Meibers, Vice President & General Manager, Deltek ComputerEase, reveal the industry is facing a unique set of circumstances that are shaping its trajectory for the foreseeable future.

The economic backdrop provides a mix of opportunities and challenges with signs of healthy growth but with a cooling inflationary environment. However, there has been an easing of spending within construction, with lodging and retail construction spending decreasing by 5.7% and 11.2%. Non-residential spending rose 6.4%  from $726.1 billion in 2023 to $772.7 billion in 2024.

The webinar, available on registration, examines sector-specific insights, including manufacturing, high tech, computing, electronics, healthcare, and the public sector). It also looks at labour market dynamics and the impact of tariffs and trade policies.

The hosts also discuss the housing sector, with a shortage of housing also impacted by internal migration. They also call out the impact of climate change.

Infor

Infor has launched a new Revenue Management solution for the Hospitality Sector. Infor RMS leverages cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to provide hoteliers with unprecedented control over their pricing and revenue optimization processes.

Pulseway

Pulseway has published a curated PSA Checklist aimed at helping MSPs streamline operations, enhance client satisfaction, or drive business growth. The Checklist provides 10 things that organisations should take into consideration when purchasing a PSA solution for their MSP.

This is not a long document, and each factor is given a short but in-depth description of what organisations should look for in a PSA. The factors include an optimised ticketing system, customer relationship management and strong project management capability.

Rocketlane

Rocketlane published a blog that recapped Propel 24 and revealed that it would be highlighting the theme of the “Intelligent Delivery Organization” at Propel 25. Propel 25 will be held in the Bay Area, San Francisco, on May 14-15th 2025.

Propel 24 was centred around the theme of Productizing Services” and explored how services companies can move beyond traditional project-based models to create repeatable systems, ensure consistent quality, and drive predictable outcomes for greater scalability and client satisfaction.

The theme of Propel 25 will focus on five key areas, with sessions devoted to each of the topics.  These include:

Zoho

Zoho announced the official launch of Zoho Thrive, a new platform that combines loyalty and affiliate management capabilities. The loyalty elements include points programs, a customer review platform and a VIP program that introduces tiered benefits for customers.

The affiliate program enables organisations to manage and empower affiliates to sell on behalf of an organisation. The platform includes a sign-up platform, various commission options, and a portal where they can track referrals commissions and access sales and marketing materials. It also included dashboards that provide insights into campaigns, referral performances, and earnings. Finally, there is a message board that enables bi-directional communication between admins and affiliate members.

Zoho Thrive integrates with Zoho Commerce, Wix and Shopify and can easily integrate with custom built websites as well. The platform also integrates with CRM and Martech applications such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Zoho Bigin, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Marketing Automation and Klayivo.
