SAP Concur has announced that users of Concur TripLink are now able to connect their Concur account with the HS corporate booking portal and mobile apps. Using the HRS App Center Listing, users are able to connect to their corporate booking account. This means that discounts from using the HRS booking portal are then available within Concur TripLink. At present the link only supports Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America and North America. There is no indication of whether or when Asia or Australasia will be added to that list.
The new integration is also two way. Thus users making travel bookings direct from the HRS mobile apps will see the bookings appear in Concur Travel, the Concur mobile app, and TripIt Pro. This means that bookings immediately appear in the Concur account without any manual effort. The booking will immediately flag if it breaches any policy rules on travel bookings.
Jason Long, vice president of global solutions for HRS commented: “As per HRS’ transparent approach to corporate hotel program management, we are committed to providing our unique hotel shopping options in whatever channel travelers and admins choose to book in. TripLink’s increasing traction with corporate programs dovetails with HRS’ growing client roster; these companies are driving more value for their travel programs by utilizing creative tools and services.”
