The Fluid Commerce team has built a site based on Adobe Commerce and will also help the brand with paid search and social strategies. This work will also include improvements to the UI of the site to boost engagement and increase revenues. Who is Charming Beads?

Founded in 2010 by Paul and Denise Donnelly as Something Crafty Ltd, Charming Beads has grown significantly. In 2016 it became the largest supplier of gemstone beads in the UK. It now sells products worldwide from its base in Monmouthshire. It has a growing team of employees that work flexibly to meet the needs of those with childcare responsibilities or in part-time education.

Paul Donnelly, managing director of Charming Beads, commented: “This opportunity is a big step forward for us. With some of our rivals hitting eight-figure turnovers, we hope that joining forces with Fluid will help us to reach a level playing field with our competitors. Fluid Commerce is lightyears ahead of other companies so we are anticipating this partnership to leverage sales expeditiously.”
