Humanity, the cloud based employee shift scheduling solution has achieved Workday Approved Integration status with a seamless integration to Workday Human Capital Management (HCM). The integration allows for the flow of data between the two systems. This means that data is only entered once by employees and HR teams.

Customer of both systems can create data driven schedules using information provided by the core HR solution. Enterprise Times: What does this mean
This brings the number of HCM platform integrations that Humanity has to five. The others are Ceridian, ADP, Bamboo HR and Namely. It will soon add a sixth, Ultimate Software as well. Humanity believes it accelerates schedule creation by as much as 80%. The announcement comes as the Workday platform is strengthening, it is an indication that move ISV vendors may well be present at Workday Rising in both Orlando and Milan this year.
