Infor has announced that the Infor Cloverleaf Data Integration Platform is now interoperable with NVIDIA’s Holoscan AI platform. NVIDIA Holoscan is a sensor processing platform that streamlines the development and deployment of AI and high-performance computing (HPC) applications for real-time insights. The addition of the Infor Cloverleaf integration will enable healthcare customers to integrate and share healthcare data to power AI applications.
The Infor Cloverleaf data integration platform connects often siloed medical data from sources such as patient records, medical devices, and more. It does this in a secure and compliant way, supporting FHIR and DaVinci standards. The connection with Holoscan enables Cloverleaf to provide real-time medical information to the platform.
While Holoscan does have data pipelines to ingest sensor data, Infor Cloverleaf now provides the integration engines that will enable Holoscan to receive transformed data into its AI models. This solution has huge potential. It creates the opportunity to create applications that will assist clinicians using real-time processing. These will provide real-time insights that could be leveraged pre-, intra-, and post-procedure.
These future use cases could change how clinicians operate. They will have more information to hand about a patient’s condition at the right point in time to guide decision-making.
Cloverleaf powers up Holoscan
The Black Book analyst report recognizes Cloverleaf as the leading data integration solution in healthcare and life sciences. It is widely used by many healthcare facilities globally.
The partnership with NVIDIA will enable these organisations to create new applications in a variety of use cases. From diagnostic imaging to robotic surgery. These new sensor-processing AI applications can integrate with existing EHR solutions. They will help improve patient outcomes and make surgical, medical, and administrative processes more efficient. Ultimately, organisations and patients could reduce the cost of medical care.

Jeff Mueller, Senior Vice President General Manager of Infor, said, “We are excited to collaborate with NVIDIA on its Holoscan platform. Together, our customers will benefit from cutting-edge AI and deep learning technologies to improve patient care, accelerate research, and enhance operational efficiency.
“Cloverleaf’s ability to scale effortlessly across multiple healthcare systems enables a seamless flow of diverse data, creating a unified platform that ensures all clinical, operational, and administrative information is accessible in real-time. This interoperability complements NVIDIA Holoscan by feeding it a continuous, structured stream of data for real-time AI-driven analysis. Thus improving both diagnostic accuracy and patient care efficiency.”
David Niewolny, Senior Director of Business Development for Healthcare/Medical, NVIDIA, commented, “Seamless connectivity across diverse medical devices and healthcare data systems is crucial to the development and deployment of AI-powered healthcare applications.” said “The Infor Cloverleaf integration with NVIDIA Holoscan provides the healthcare and MedTech industries with the ability to leverage a comprehensive and standardized data set to develop real-time AI applications.”
Enterprise Times: What does this mean
As NVIDIA continues to impress with its latest technology and innovations. It is no surprise that other organisations such as Infor see advantages in working with them. NVIDIA Clara is a suite of computing platforms, software, and services that powers AI solutions for healthcare and life sciences. The Holoscan sensor platform aims to help organisations explore new capabilities, accelerate time to market, and lower costs.
To achieve that, it will need data, and Cloverleaf can now help facilitate this. As new use cases emerge, it will be interesting to see how NVIDIA helps healthcare organisations. And how Cloverleaf is part of those journeys.
