Tom Oliver

Tom is a Product Manager at Faculty. He works alongside a squad of product engineers, designers, and data scientists to develop our decision intelligence product, Frontier. Before Faculty, Tom spent five years as a Management Consultant at PwC, specialising in technology-enabled business transformation. Tom has worked with clients across industry sectors to set strategic direction, (re)design operating models, scope, plan, and deliver change programmes, and select and deploy technology. Tom has deep experience in Retail & Consumer Goods in particular, alongside Professional & Legal Services, Oil & Gas, as well as in financial and operational excellence.
