Tim Hardcastle is the Co-Founder and CEO of INSTANDA, a global insurance technology company. A former senior insurance executive at Hiscox, he co-founded INSTANDA to help insurers overcome the limitations of legacy systems. Under his leadership, the company has developed a cloud-native, no-code platform that enables insurers and managing general agents to launch, manage and adapt insurance products more quickly.
