João Pedro Almeida

João Pedro Almeida is CEO and Co-Founder of Noxus, a London-based startup building an enterprise AI operating system that enables large organisations to deploy teams of AI co-workers across their operations.

Before founding Noxus, João Pedro built his career across London's fintech sector, holding roles at high-growth companies including Zilch, Curve, and NOAH. These experiences gave him a front-row view of how technology can reshape established industries and where legacy organisations consistently struggle to keep pace. That insight led him to co-found Noxus in 2023 alongside CTO Jorge Pessoa and engineers Gonçalo Ferreira and Miguel Ribeiro. The company has since raised $1.5 million in pre-seed funding led by SFC Capital, with participation from Antler, Bynd VC, Caixa Capital, and AltaIR Capital, and been selected for Google's UK Growth Programme.

João Pedro holds a Master of Science in Finance from Imperial College London's Dyson School of Design Engineering. He is based in London.
