Joanna Colgan

Joanna is a Commercial Solicitor in the Corporate Commercial department at Myerson Solicitors. She works with clients ranging from local SMEs to FTSE listed companies operating across a broad spectrum of sectors. As a member of the Society for Computers and Law, Joanna has a wealth of experience in drafting and negotiating IT contracts, including SaaS, PaaS, App terms and conditions, end-user licence agreements and value-added reseller agreements. Joanna has advised in a variety of complex, high-value and multi-jurisdictional matters, including dealing with IT service offerings by regulated entities such as investment and banking platforms in the Fintech sector.
