Heather Bouvier

Heather Bouvier is the Director of Channel, North America at 11:11 Systems. She began her career at an ABC TV news station in New England with dreams of becoming a news anchor. After realizing the news business was not for her, she found her way to technology sales and worked for 12 years at a technology reseller, her first introduction to the channel. She sat through hundreds of sessions run by vendors and learned to craft her own version of what made a good channel rep vs a great one, and how to lead a compelling sales training. When it was time to advance her career, she eagerly joined iland (now 11:11 Systems) as an RSE covering New England. Initially iland didn’t have a channel, so in her third year when asked to help build our channel program, she jumped in. Today, in her eighth year with the company, she runs Channel for North America. Even now every time she gets in front of a partner, she still thinks back to her days as a reseller and the qualities it takes to be a great channel rep and is grateful for those early years.
