Georgina Davis

Georgina is Head of Valuations at Menzies within the Technology sector. She joined Menzies in 2008 as a trainee within Private Client Tax and qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2012. Georgina now specialises in valuations with experience across a range of valuations and business sectors, delivering valuations for tax purposes including share schemes, transfers of shares and for probate purposes. She also provides valuations for commercial purposes including purchase of own shares, share/business restructuring, valuations in connection with matrimonial proceedings valuing share options for accounting purposes.
