Andreea Pleşea is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Druid AI, a global platform for enterprise-grade conversational and agentic AI. With over 15 years of B2B leadership experience and a PhD focused on semantic web and conversational systems, Andreea combines deep technical knowledge with a sharp strategic mindset to scale intelligent automation solutions that deliver real-world business value. As one of Druid AI’s earliest team members, Andreea has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s global growth, securing major enterprise clients, and establishing partnerships with Microsoft, UiPath, EY, and others. She has led Druid AI’s Customer Success division, served as interim CEO, and helped the company become a Gartner-recognised Challenger in Conversational AI Platforms.
