Ronald Paul

Ronald Paul is a Munich-based entrepreneur and investor with over 13 years of experience. He has guided a range of companies to successful exits. Paul founded Quisma in Germany and the company very quickly became one of the biggest agencies for search engine marketing in the country. After the takeover by GroupM he came back as investor in the Venture Capital industry. As founder of several companies, he follows a "founder for founders" approach and focuses on sustainability and long-term portfolio development. All his companies share the common goal of promoting sustainable and responsible investment and driving growth in the industry. He is the founder and CEO of Muzungu Capital, a venture capital and private equity firm focused on supporting innovative startups, particularly in MarTech, PropTech, DeepTech and FinTech, as they move from early-stage investments to strong market positions. Ronald Paul is also the founder and director of Muzungu Realestate, a PropTech investment company specialising in the identification and investment in high-growth, sustainable PropTech startups. Beyond this, his family has founded the Paul Family Office, which is dedicated to responsibly managing, organising and preserving the family's assets for future generations.
