Michael Douroux

A successful, transformational business leader, Michael Douroux has significant experience in the enterprise software industry having previously worked at SAP Business Objects, Oracle and Anaplan in a variety of international roles. Michael joined Workday in 2017 as a Vice President of Western America, before moving to the EMEA business in 2019. A people-focused leader, Michael takes an employee and customer-centric approach in his direction of the region. As an early champion of Workday VIBE, he actively supports greater diversity in the technology industry, and is committed to encouraging debate and engagement that challenges bias. Michael is of Latin American descent and was raised in Southern California, yet has spent much of his life abroad. He has a degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
