Matt Monette is the Country Lead and Head of Expansion for the UK & Ireland at Deel, where he directs a team of 200. Prior to Deel, Matt spent more than a decade in sales at hyper-growth SaaS companies including Salesforce and Shopify. Most recently, he was the VP of sales at a late-stage startup. Matt is passionate about helping companies unlock the power of hiring from anywhere, inspired by what a borderless talent pool will do for the future of work. Outside work, he enjoys traveling and finding new places to visit in London and across the UK.
