Giles Fuchs

Giles is the founder and CEO of Office Space in Town (OSiT) a provider of boutique serviced offices with a well-deserved reputation for customer service excellence and innovation. Giles was just 21 when he set up his first business which was an estate agency based in Northampton. Moving on from there, he set up further businesses including City Executive Centres, Disaster Recovery Solutions Ltd and Benchmark Law. His role at OSiT is to create both financial and business strategy whilst also finding new buildings and project managing their refurbishment and launch.
