Ed joined Menzies in 2008 and has over 20 years of commercial HR experience across aviation, financial services, manufacturing and professional services sectors. Ed specialises in devising and implementing effective people and organisation strategies to help a business meet its objectives. Ed heads up the Menzies People Solutions team, who support many of the firm’s clients in effective people management and HR strategy development. They provide tailored solutions across employment legislation, organisation design, pay and benefits, performance management, training and development, recruitment and selection.
