Ashwini Bakshi

Ashwini Bakshi is Managing Director of Project Management Institute (PMI) in Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa, leading growth and organisational development across the combined region. Ashwini has more than 25 years of experience in business development, managed mergers, acquisitions, and alliances across diverse geographies, including Europe and Asia. Before joining PMI in 2020, Ashwini held senior leadership positions for Kathrein Group, Nokia and Ericsson. He excels in creating value through resolving customers' needs through agile team-work and aims to build trusted win-win relationships. Ashwini has a Bachelor of Science from Delhi University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in India.
