Ajay Agrawal
Ajay Agrawal is Co-Founder and CEO at Sirion. Agrawal has led Sirion’s growth into a global CLM provider trusted by Fortune 500 enterprises across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Before Sirion, Ajay led UnitedLex, where he built enterprise value of more than $100M in a few years. His career spans securities law at leading firms and investment banks, and he currently serves as an entrepreneur-in-residence at CodeX, the Center for Legal Informatics at Stanford University. Ajay holds an LL.M. from Columbia University, an LL.B. from Trinity College, Cambridge, and a B.A. in Semiotics from Brown University.
