Creatio has announced the release of 10x, the latest version of its AICRM and workflow platform. The platform offers the functionality that enables humans and AI agents to work symbiotically. The release helps organisations to transform their operating model with combinations of human-led and agentic-enabled business workflows.

Functionize, the intelligent software testing vendor, has launched Functionize Studio. It is part of its agentic quality platform that acts as broken code’s greatest adversary.

Zoho has announced the next version of its LMS for educational institutions worldwide. Zoho Classes 2.0 is an AI-powered academic LMS for government, Universities, Colleges and Students. The solution is free for all Central and State government educational institutions in India. It will roll out to other countries over the coming months.

Research

Genesys has released the fifth edition of its “State of Customer Experience“ report. The report reveals that customer experience (CX) has become an increasingly decisive factor in consumer loyalty and spending decisions. More than half of consumers say they would rather do anything else than contact customer service. Furthermore, 85% say poor service has caused them to spend less or stop doing business with a brand altogether.

More than two-thirds (69%) of UK retailers only react to operational issues after they have already affected commercial performance. This is according to new research from UiPath ahead of this year’s Golden Quarter. The research highlights an industry pattern of making decisions based on hindsight rather than real-time insight.

Keysight

The European Space Agency (ESA) has selected Keysight Technologies, Inc. to lead a three‑year development program. This will focus on creating secure, blockchain‑enabled anomaly detection for 5G non‑terrestrial networks (NTN). Keysight will serve as the prime contractor, collaborating with Sateliot to support key technical development and satellite mission integration.

Eric Taylor, Vice President, Aerospace, Defense and Government Solutions at Keysight, said, “This initiative represents a major step toward securing hybrid space–terrestrial networks at a time when global NTN deployments are accelerating.

NetApp

NetApp, the Intelligent Data Infrastructure company, today announced it has acquired DataPelago, a California-based AI data infrastructure company recognized for its innovative approach to eliminating data processing bottlenecks for AI and analytics workloads.

The acquisition marks a foundational expansion of NetApp’s portfolio, enabling GPU-accelerated data processing aligned directly with the storage layer. With this acquisition, NetApp establishes itself as the company that makes zero-copy activation of enterprise data for AI real.

NetSuite

NetSuite has announced that as part of NetSuite release 2026.2, they are beginning the North America rollout of NetSuite Next, the next generation of NetSuite with AI built into its core. It will first be available to customers in the United States and Canada, with other countries planned to follow shortly after.

Thomson Reuters

Thomson Reuters Corporation announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to enter into a joint venture with KKR, a leading global investment firm. As part of the transaction, Thomson Reuters will sell a 51% stake in its Global Print business to capital accounts advised by KKR. Thomson Reuters will receive approximately $500 million in gross proceeds at closing and will retain a 49% equity interest in the joint venture.

Thomson Reuters will also maintain intellectual property rights and full editorial control over its content portfolio. This new joint venture will hold an exclusive license to distribute the content in print and on ProView, Global Print’s eBook platform.

Workday

New Workday research reveals that workers in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand spend at least half their time acting as the manual glue between disconnected systems.

The research highlighted that:

  • 86% of employees say AI has improved their day-to-day work experience
  • 66% spend at least half their time translating and coordinating between systems and teams
  • Only 30% of organizations have embedded AI into the core of their business
