Epicor
Epicor sponsored a Frost & Sullivan Executive Brief that reveals how modern platforms and AI-driven tools are reshaping productivity, decision-making, and customer engagement across the aftermarket value chain. Driving Efficiency and Growth in the Automotive Aftermarket paints a picture of where the industry is headed and what it will take to succeed.
According to the report, the global automotive aftermarket is on a strong growth trajectory, expected to expand from under $500 billion in 2024 to more than $600 billion by 2029, with 6.3% annual growth in replacement revenues. There are several contributing factors, including deferred new vehicle purchases and an expanding population of out-of-warranty vehicles.
eCommerce is also accelerating, projected to reach $153 billion by 2030. But growth is only part of the story. The big challenge lies in navigating the complexity it entails.
Freshworks
Freshworks has unveiled a reimagined IT Asset Management (ITAM) capability within Freshservice. By embedding continuous infrastructure discovery and dependency mapping directly into the platform—and unifying them with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM)—organisations gain an AI‑driven service operations platform that brings data and workflows together, delivers clearer insight into service impact, and accelerates issue resolution.
Rather than relying on multiple disconnected tools and fragmented data, Freshservice ITAM goes beyond traditional solutions with automated discovery across the entire hybrid IT estate. The enhanced offering continuously maps the complex relationships between hardware, cloud resources, and the applications they support.
This high‑integrity data foundation gives AI the context it needs to drive operational intelligence directly into service workflows, helping teams resolve issues before they disrupt the business.
Srini Raghavan, Chief Product Officer at Freshworks, said, “Automation alone won’t solve the complexity for IT in today’s environment; without reliable visibility into infrastructure, risk will continue. If infrastructure data is incomplete, outdated, or disconnected from service workflows, AI can’t reliably understand impact or provide accurate actions.
“By making deep discovery and dependency mapping native to Freshservice, we’ve redefined ITAM by delivering infrastructure-wide visibility and operational intelligence to power governed workflows at scale.”
Gainsight
Gainsight announced support for the Model Context Protocol (MCP) across Gainsight CS and Staircase AI. For the first time, customer success and post-sales leaders can direct AI agents to run retention workflows on their behalf, drawing on the full picture of every customer relationship to take action, from flagging risk to orchestrating renewal plays, in minutes instead of weeks.
Ori Entis, EVP & GM of Product and Engineering at Gainsight, said, “We’ve spent over a decade building the most advanced CS platform. Now, everyone is a builder in the age of AI. Our job is to support that creativity. Agents are becoming force multipliers for every user and MCP allows both humans and agents to tap into the full power of Gainsight.”
Gainsight’s support for the Model Context Protocol (MCP) connects Staircase AI’s unstructured customer signals with Gainsight CS’s structured customer data and action workflows. This allows teams to build AI agents that understand full customer context and autonomously determine and execute next‑best actions across the customer lifecycle.
MCP enables natural‑language data access, no‑code workflow creation, and direct action within Gainsight CS, powering multi‑step, agent‑driven workflows from renewal management to expansion. Designed for enterprise use, MCP is secure and permission‑aware, ensuring customer data remains governed as it flows into AI‑driven processes.

AI Guardrails lets teams detect personally identifiable information (PII), identify prompt injection attempts, and flag toxic or harmful content before AI outputs ever touch a CRM, database, or customer inbox.
Brandon Sammut, Chief People & AI Transformation Officer, said, “Every company using AI in production has the same question: how do we know the outputs are clean before they hit our systems?” said, “AI Guardrails gives teams an actual enforcement layer, not a policy document sitting in a shared drive somewhere. It runs inline, in production, on every single workflow that needs it.”
Zoho
Zoho announced support for intelligent document processing (IDP) in Zoho RPA. Bots can now process unstructured documents using AI, extracting essential details into structured formats and acting based on them. Features include:
- Unlock data from documents: IDP enables Zoho RPA bots to interpret PDFs, images, and handwritten files, transforming them into digital data that your systems can act on.
- Visual, no-code configuration: You don’t need to script or code templates; define areas or keywords via drag-and-click, set field mappings, and integrate with the workflow.
- Seamless workflow integration: Once data is extracted, bots can automatically populate your CRM, ERP, cloud, and desktop apps, or archive, route, and trigger next steps.
- Prompt-based PDF data extraction: You can retrieve specific information from documents by describing what you want in natural language.
- Context-based extraction: Even if the layout shifts, the bot can look for a label (“Invoice No.”, “Date”, etc.) and pick up the value next to it.
- Region-based extraction: IDP-powered region extraction allows you to select a specific part of a document, such as a field, header, table, or block of text, and automatically extract meaningful data from it.
