Aprika, the company behind the PSA solution Mission Control, has appointed Corey Kleinbauer as its new Chief Revenue Officer. Kleinbauer will be responsible for developing and driving revenue strategy and execution across new logo acquisition, account expansion and the Salesforce ecosystem. Kleinbauer will focus on building a unified revenue engine — strengthening execution, elevating customer success, and deepening the Salesforce ecosystem partnerships.
Colin Johnson, CEO of Aprika, commented, “I’m incredibly pleased to welcome Corey to Aprika as our new Chief Revenue Officer. Corey brings a level of rigour, professionalism, and drive that will be instrumental as we continue to scale Mission Control. With over 30 years of sales leadership experience and deep expertise within the Salesforce ecosystem from his time as CRO at AccountingSeed, Corey is exceptionally well placed to lead our global revenue strategy.
“His strong focus on building trusted, long-term relationships with our partner network aligns perfectly with our go-to-market vision. Having Corey on board gives me the confidence to step back from day-to-day revenue execution and focus more deeply on the strategic direction of our product and the future of the business. I’m excited about what we’ll achieve together.”
Who is Corey Kleinbauer

Kleinbauer is an experienced GTM leader with around 30 years of experience. After leaving AccountingSeed in January 2025, Kleinbauer is developing a career as a fractional marketing leader. In addition to Aprika, he will continue to advise several other companies, including Suntra MedTech Solutions, Cloudbudget.com, and THORS eLearning Solutions.
He spent three years as Chief Marketing Officer at AccountingSeed, leading its go-to-market strategy across direct sales, presales, account management, demand generation and alliances. During his tenure, he opened new markets and helped grow company revenues by 2.5X. He also helped drive average ACV by 50% while increasing close rates by 70%. His experience developing relationships with Salesforce and other SFDC-based ISVs also strengthened the company’s go-to-market.
Before Accounting Seed, he held sales and leadership positions at SAS, a Data and AI solutions company, during an 18-year career. He also spent time at Perfect Commerce, SAP Ariba and Parker Hannifin earlier in his profession. Kleinbauer has a degree from Assumption University, MA.
Kleinbauer commented, “I’m excited to be joining Aprika as Chief Revenue Officer and truly appreciative of Colin’s decision to make this investment in the business. What immediately stood out to me is Aprika’s strong, customer-centric culture and its unwavering focus on delivering what I believe is one of the most powerful and efficient PSA solutions on the market today.
“I’m looking forward to modernising our commercial operations and building a high-performance sales motion that can thrive in today’s challenging and dynamic go-to-market environment.
“By fully embracing the Salesforce selling ecosystem, sharpening our demand generation, compressing sales cycles, and expanding our customers’ footprints, we’re positioning Aprika for its next phase of sustained growth. I’m energized to be leading this next chapter for the business.”
Enterprise Times: What does this mean?
Kleinbauer brings a wealth of experience to the role at Aprika. It will be interesting to see how he evolves the go-to-market for Aprika during the year ahead. He will also bring a strong network of contacts from across the Salesforce ecosystem.
With the latest version of Mission Control just released, it will be interesting to see how Kleinbauer helps to evolve the messaging about the PSA solution. Also how and where will he focus the firm over the next few months. Colin Johnson can devote more of his time to leading the company and supporting Kleinbauer. Rather than being responsible for the day-to-day sales and marketing activities.
