At Dreamforce, I caught up with Yanick Abraham, CEO of Klient. Klient is a leading Professional Services Automation platform built on the Salesforce platform. It is an all-in-one project and resource management system that helps organisations deliver successful projects every time, according to Abraham.
Customers include fellow Salesforce platform ISV Rootstock. Martin Cloutier, Senior Director of professional services at Rootstock, said, “It’s impressive how Klient is easy to set up and implement. It’s also simple to use, and the depth of functionality is remarkable, even compared to other market-leading PSA tools. Lastly, the responsiveness of the support team, as well as the quality of their replies, is the best I’ve seen of pretty much any software company.”

One reason is the firm’s heritage: Abraham acquired Klient after using the software for several years as a Salesforce consulting partner, Drakya. That expertise and approach have helped drive the company since he rebranded Drakya to Klient.
I asked Abraham what else sets Klient apart from its competitors. He replied, “The pace of innovation, the ability to push the boundaries, and creativity.” He also spoke about how Klient customers drive innovation through the Klient PSA platform, helping steer the roadmap and making the solution better for everyone.
Agentforce
With the advent of Agentforce 360 at Dreamforce, Abraham also believes AI agents will help streamline task delivery and project execution. It will “help all your resources be better, smarter, and faster?”
I then asked him what Klient has done with Agentforce to date. He noted, “We had several phases of experimentation.”
The first release of Agentic AI is a support agent that was to be announced at TSIA. Klient has been using it internally. Abraham added, “We’re going to release it on our customer community, but also within our product. We have an advisory bar within our product where you can reach our support, access our documentation, and see our roadmap. Now we’ll be able to deliver that support agent via Agentforce.
“The next one is going to be a project agent, and it’s going to be within Slack. Slack is going to be the (user) interface, and you’re going to be able to create projects, create tasks and ask questions about projects. (Such as:) What’s my priority? Which resource is best suited to be the lead on this project? Those kinds of questions.”
What is coming in 2026 regarding Agentforce?
“Seriously, the pace of innovation is so fast, it’s a bit scary. You wonder how fast you have to go to be the leader. We have a lot of good ideas. Our team of “A” players, we’re all in on AI.”
Klient is looking at every aspect of process automation. They want to leverage AI across their service offerings and the Klient PSA. Abraham revealed, “We are developing all this in parallel, so we develop faster, we create better documentation, we add more functionality, and then we help our customers be better at doing their job as well.”
On Dreamforce
What’s your opinion of Dreamforce this year, of the announcements that Salesforce has made?
“We have been coming here for several years. It’s perhaps the first year I’m very excited, because now it feels real, a lot more applicable, and accessible. We can really use it as a foundation to build something great.”
I asked Abraham what he wanted to hear from Salesforce. His response was similar to those of other ISVs I spoke to at Dreamforce. His concerns focused on pricing: Salesforce was due to announce ISV pricing for Agentforce on October 28th, and he was hopeful that this would make Agentforce cost-effective for customers. He believes this is the final piece of the puzzle and plans to invest in Agentforce in the future.
What was your objective in coming to Dreamforce?
“It was to really learn, to be at the forefront and understand every layer that there is, because there’s a lot to Agentforce, there’s the new structure of it. There’s the roadmap, there’s how we can package it, and how we can integrate it with Slack. Slack is the new UI of Salesforce. This is something that we’re going to adopt more and more.”
Among PSA vendors in the Salesforce ecosystem, Abraham is perhaps the most bullish about changing the UI to leverage Slack; it could become a significant advantage if customers like it. Abraham shared that its next Agentic AI agent will be a project agent within Slack, in addition to the existing support agent.
Have your objectives been met?
“Yes, absolutely. The sessions I’ve been to were great. Tomorrow, there is a roadmap session for OEMs and ISVs. I’m looking forward to that. I’ve also met people that we know. It’s been good so far. The booths were good —good demos; it is not smoke and mirrors anymore. It’s real!”
Among the other companies leveraging Agentforce, Abraham was impressed with what Dell showed during the main keynote: how it transformed its supply chain using Agentforce.
..and finally
What’s the one non-work thing you have managed to do or will do at Dreamforce this week?
“Eating well, nice restaurants. Tomorrow night, we’re going to take the cable car, go to the other side, and go to the pier. Several people have never been to Dreamforce before, and then we’ll go and get Clam Chowder and Seafood.”
There would be no rest for the Klient team, as they would be at TSIA Envision the following week with Abraham presenting on stage in a session called “5 Klient-Tips on AI for SMBs and Dynamic Teams: Don’t Burst Your AI Bubble.”
Abraham is also bullish about the year ahead. 2025 saw some growth in its market after a few tough years. He is hoping for exponential growth in 2026, powered by Agenic AI.
Klient has also just released its latest version, with a redesigned My Timesheet interface, integration with Google Calendar and new Project Transpose capability. It has also improved QuickBooks integration with on-demand purchase syncing, optional receipt file sync, and automatic vendor creation, for a smoother, more controlled expense process.
