October Fall leaves Image by Couleur from PixabayKaseya has announced its Fall season release. Calling it a “release” is probably the understatement of the year. The update includes over 90 enhancements across 30 products.

Rania Succar, Chief Executive Officer, explained in a video why Kaseya is, for the first time, delivering transparent roadmaps on a regular basis. She also explained that the firms’ increased investment will lead to faster innovation.

She also spoke about the focus of these updates, “First, we’ve been very focused on automating tasks that are manual for you. You’ve shared with me and our team in every conversation how much you want to improve your margins and take those high-volume tier-one tasks and automate them.

“So this release is jam-packed with those automations, including automating things like ticket triage in Autotask. Also, security is a major theme in this release. We talked about it at Dattocon, but security threats are becoming more severe, more frequent, and more sophisticated. So we need to give you the tools you need to stay ahead of it.”

The release also includes an improved user experience. Kaseya has also improved billing and made it easier to invoice customers.

Jim Lippie, Chief Product Officer at Kaseya, commented, “These new capabilities deliver on the direct feedback we have received from our partners. MSPs want to grow faster, expand margins and protect customers from rising cyberthreats, without having to increase labor cost.

“We are accelerating our pace of innovation to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and lead the market as the only true end-to-end IT and security platform for small business.”

The release includes details on updates rolled out over the last quarter, highlighting many across the product portfolio. In addition, Kaseya made several announcements at DattoCon, including the Sirus 6 appliance and Datto Backup for Entra ID. It also noted the acquisition of the email security solution INKY.

In addition to the game-changing capabilities recently announced at DattoCon, Kaseya has made dozens of improvements in automation, cybersecurity and customer experience in its fall 2025 release.

  • Community templates for IOC: Share custom indicators of compromise with other SaaS Alerts customers to adopt and use to strengthen their own environments.

October updates

There have been many other updates over the last few months. The most recent ones (in October) also included:

Customer-facing API for vPenTest: Seamlessly access your vPenTest data with easy-to-use API endpoints, automating data flow between tools and systems.

Kaseya 365 User Upgrade on the Kaseya 365 Platform: Strengthen identity and email security with built-in Microsoft Entra ID backup and AI-driven email security, at no extra cost.

There are many other updates to the products within the Kaeya Portfolio; however, one product that seems missing from the list is Pulseway, even though it rolled out version 9.22 in September. Perhaps an oversight after the recent reorganisation of the subsidiary.

Enterprise Times: What does this mean

It is an impressive set of updates and provides Kaseya customers with a good review of what they have available over the last quarter. The Update page actually provides updates going back around six months. And for those firms that don’t find the time to review what has been changed within their systems, it’s a useful checkpoint, as Succar notes in her introduction.

It will be interesting to see when Kaseya decides to issue the next product change roundup. Will they do a Winter or a Spring announcement next? Regardless, expect another set of impressive updates from a firm that is increasingly investing in AI and innovation.
