Enterprise Times caught up with Carly Crossland, Product Manager at Accounting Seed and a certified Salesforce Administrator, at the busy Accounting Seed stand. As with most interviews, I asked her to describe what Accounting Seed is.
She replied, “Accounting Seed is the number one rated accounting solution on the Salesforce App Exchange. We are completely natively built to Salesforce, and we offer our customers the ability to eliminate data silos and have their data in one place in Salesforce. Which really helps them achieve proper reporting and insights, which is a common theme of something we see frequently that they’re struggling with when having disconnected systems.”
What differentiates Accounting Seed?”
“It is native to the Salesforce platform. When your data is in disconnected systems. For example, if you’re using QuickBooks, NetSuite, or something similar, where it doesn’t live natively on the Salesforce platform, you are always going to have data silos. You’re always going to have data inconsistencies.
“Accounting Seed eliminates that problem because all of your data is in the same place. Ultimately, our customers aim to achieve proper insights and reporting, and when data resides on a single platform, you can achieve that pretty easily.”
On Agentforce 360

Salesforce announced Agentforce 360 at Dreamforce this year. What is your view of that?
“I think they’ve been great. I think there’s more to come, though, at least from my perspective. What I’m looking for specifically is Agentforce pricing.”
Crossland is awaiting the OEM pricing, which is now due out on October 28. However, during the keynote, Salesforce presented three pricing variants, which Crossland acknowledged and provided the following insight.
“Their pricing reflects that they’re focusing more on adoption, rather than trying to charge customers up front for something that they’re not always sure that they’re going to gain value from.”
What have you done with Agentforce so far?
“Right now, we are releasing our first four agents. We have a collections agent coming out, a bill pay agent, a general ledger agent and a support agent. We’re really focusing on everything that our product offers right now, at least from a starting perspective. Those will be coming soon.
Accounting Seed is already using the agents internally, though I didn’t ask what the results were. I asked Crossland which Agentforce agents they will release in 2026.
“We’re going to expand upon the existing agents, and we are looking into some additional agents to add to that mix. “
On Dreamforce 2025
What was your objective coming to Dreamforce this year?
“My objective was to hear more about Agentforce, mainly because I work so closely with our AI efforts. So anything Agentforce related, GA, pricing, whatever it might be, has been my main focus.”
Have you achieved that objective?
“Yes, I have.”
What company has impressed you with their use of Agentforce at Dreamforce this year?
“Janie and Jack. Or Build-a-Bear, some pretty large retail companies are using Agentforce. That’s pretty impressive, that they’re allowing their customers to use it for returns and things like that. It’s a little bit different from how we would use it at Accounting Seed.”
