At Gong Celebrate, the company that enables modern revenue teams to improve productivity, increase predictability, and drive revenue growth, has further enhanced its platform. It has announced new agents, agent interoperability, a new feature, Gong Orchestrate and other enhancements. The focus of these innovations is to further drive revenue growth.
Gong believes that these enhancements will help to double sales rep productivity1, make sales motions five times faster2 and double the quality of decision making3—bold claims indeed.

2 Sales methodologies can be implemented in two weeks compared to 10 weeks without Gong

Gong Orchestrate
At the heart of the announcement is the new capability, Gong Orchestrate. Gong Orchestrate brings together go-to-market strategies in a single place. Organisations define specific sales plays to help sales teams execute. These sales plays will include elements such as new business, cross-selling, onboarding, and quarterly business reviews. However, they are often executed inconsistently across the organisations.
Gong Orchestrate helps organisations by enabling sales leaders to define, create and launch new sales plays for adoption across their organisation. Once created, they guide sellers through the process, ensuring they follow the prescribed buying journey, which improves consistency and outcomes.
Importantly, the impact of these sales plays is measured, enabling leaders to assess their business impact and iteratively improve the sales plays to further improve outcomes. Overall, Gong Orchestrate enables organisations to centralise the strategy and tactical execution of their sales organisations, creating a consistent and optimal approach to revenue operations.
To support Gong Orchestrate, the company has also announced improvements across intelligence, visibility, and automation. Each of these further assists organisations to understand and act on insights delivered.
Agent-driven deep intelligence
Intelligence is critical for sales execution as it enhances the understanding of customer needs and helps sellers make data-driven decisions during the buying journey. Gong has introduced a new agent, the AI Deeper Researcher agent and enhanced the AI Ask Anything agent. The Gong Revenue Graph powers both with its complete and dynamic map of customer interactions.
The AI Deep Researcher agent provides a multi-step analysis that can handle complex business questions that go beyond simple answers. Gong has not provided many examples of the questions and answers the new agent provides, nor does it indicate whether the answers include marketing, emotional, and cultural intelligence.
Gong has also expanded the AI Ask Anything agent to include data from across the entire Gong Dataset. It previously accessed information from calls, accounts, deals, and individual contacts. Leveraging the wider data set will provide greater depth and accuracy to any answers delivered.
Gong now has 18 agents that support sales teams, helping drive comprehensive organisational intelligence and success. The one example Gong gave of how the enhanced and new agents work was: “A sales leader can use the expanded AI Ask Anything feature to evaluate how new messaging is resonating with prospects, and then leverage AI Deep Researcher to report on its impact on win/loss metrics.”
Enhanced Automation
Gong has added an AI Data extractor. The extractor will automatically create fields with CRM and will auto-populate them based on data captured from customer interactions. The fields can then be used in revenue workflows, helping to drive growth. Details of this feature are unclear; will it synchronise data with other CRMs such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot and what data types will be captured? It is an interesting feature that could add significant value through the sales process.
Enhanced visibility
The Gong Revenue Graph, which captures data from every customer interaction, will now deliver the data to deliver organisational-level visibility in multiple ways.
Forecast boards are now configurable. They are designed to give team members, with appropriate permissions, insights into their forecast figures. Users can view forecasts by line of business, whether that is new business, renewals or others. The board will present the number of active deals and the dollar amount.
Other statistics highlighted on the board include target attainment, pipeline coverage, commit and best case. Users can select the forecast period and can have the system automatically calculate quarterly totals.
Account Boards will extend beyond sales reps to engage post-sales and account management teams with full context. They will enable them to manage renewals, expansions, and churn alongside the teams driving new business from a single location.
Agentic Interoperability

Gong also announced MCP support by Gong. It will initially introduce integrations with HubSpot and the recently announced Salesforce Agentforce 360. The new feature will enable the use of data from other solutions by Gong Agents and possibly vice versa. Details were not available as of writing the article. However, Gong believes that the MCP Support will reduce the fragmentation of Agentic AI seen across many organisations.
Eran Aloni, EVP Product Strategy and Ecosystem, Gong, commented, “With the new MCP support, customers will be able to leverage Gong’s data, insights, and AI agents directly within their existing revenue stack. This new AI interoperability ecosystem delivers the flexibility and added intelligence to help revenue teams orchestrate their mission-critical revenue motions in the way that is most compatible with their business.”
Enterprise Times: What does this mean?
With these announcements, Gong is certainly strengthening its Revenue Operations platform. It continues to develop the AI capabilities within its platform. The existing AI features have already enabled organisations to gain 57% higher win rates and have saved more than 7,600 hours through AI-powered revenue transformation. The platform is supported by more than 300 partners that make up the Gong Collective.
As more details emerge around this new functionality, especially the MCP Support, it will be interesting to see the additional benefits that Gong can deliver to customers.
