Deltek has announced in a blog that the Logika Group has selected Deltek Vantagepoint, for its new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. The environmental consultancy services business was founded in 1993 and now consists of four environmental consulting firms: Air Quality Consultants Ltd, Noise Consultants Ltd, Logika Consultants Ltd, and Logika Europe, with over 100 environmental experts. The firm has grown and now has 6 offices, five in the UK and one in Brussels.
As with other professional services firms, growth in terms of employees was not matched by the maturity of the systems they were using. It was using Excel and other point solutions, which left it with a large number of manual workarounds for processes and complex calculations. The business realised the need for a modern, cloud-based project-centric ERP solution that would improve operational efficiency and support further growth.
Logika believed that a new solution would deliver real-time insights into the business, enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions. It has now selected Deltek Vantagepoint as its new ERP solution.
Julian Pickles, Finance Director, Logika Group “We’re excited to begin our journey with Deltek. Vantagepoint will give us the clarity and control we need — especially around forecasting and resource planning, giving us one consolidated view across all aspects and entities of the organisation.”
What will change
Deltek Vantagepoint is an ERP specifically designed for professional services organisations. It consists of four modules:
- Accounting & Financial Management
- Project Management
- CRM & Pipeline Management
- Resource Management
Deltek continues to enhance Vantagepoint, adding new capabilities for a variety of challenges organisations face. The latest update included improvements to reporting, the mobile application, dashboards and absence management. Dela, its AI-powered assistant, is also available within Vantagepoint, delivering AI-powered insights that might have been previously hidden.
Once implemented, Vantagepoint will give Logika Group a centralised solution, accessible from any location. It will provide leadership with complete visibility of the business and enhance forecasting accuracy. Deltek highlights four key advantages the system will deliver:
- Gain real-time visibility into financial and capacity forecasts, enabling confident, data-driven decisions and reliable margin tracking, consolidated across the business.
- Optimise resource planning across entities, with the flexibility to seamlessly cross-resource and ensure the right people are on the right projects at the right time.
- Maximize efficiency by automating key processes and eliminating manual workarounds — freeing up valuable time to focus on strategic initiatives and client value.
- Harness the power of AI with Dela to enhance forecasting, streamline operations and deliver actionable insights that drive performance and growth.

Neil Davidson, Group VP for Professional Services Sector, Deltek, “We’re thrilled to welcome Logika Group to Deltek Project Nation. With Deltek Vantagepoint, they’ll gain real-time insights and operational agility needed to scale confidently.
Deltek’s AI-powered business companion, Dela, which includes features like Smart Summaries and our digital assistant Ask Dela, will also further empower their teams to make even smarter decisions, faster — driving efficiency and growth across the business.”
Enterprise Times: What does this mean?
This is a solid win for Deltek. However, no time scales were given for the project rollout. It will be interesting to see how the implementation project progresses and what advantages Vantagepoint delivers to Logika Group.
This would make an excellent case study, as it involves multiple sites, entities, and nationalities, along with complex resource management requirements due to compliance associated with environmental projects, particularly when Logika Group goes live. Another question is who is carrying out the implementation. What challenges are they facing?
