FourKites continues to strengthen its Strategic Advisory Council. Today, it was announced that Vineet Khanna will join the Council. Khanna will bring 37 years of experience to the company. He was most recently the former Senior Vice President and Global Head of Supply Chain at Nestlé.
Khanna has experience in helping organisations scale and delivering sustainable supply chain innovations. He has vast multi-cultural experience, gained from over ten years within the Nestlé Group across multiple geographies and positions, including a board role. Khanna will provide valuable insights into strategy, supply chain, procurement, and digital transformation for FourKites.

Who is Vineet Khanna
Khanna worked at Nestlé, where he managed end-to-end supply chain operations and transformation projects. Encompassing demand and supply planning, physical logistics and sustainability, digital transformations, customer service, and materials management.
He has experience leading divisions across Asia, Oceania, and Africa, and has led transformation programmes across the organisation. Khanna was co-chair of the Sustainable Supply Chain Initiative (SSCI) of the Consumer Goods Forum. And a key member of The Future Insights Network’s Coalition. He worked to drive sustainability within the industry and helped redefine the role of the supply chain profession.
After retiring from Nestlé in 2024, Khanna founded ADVANTER Advisory, where he delivers immediate, tangible results in Cost Reduction drives, End-to-End Supply Chain, Digital Transformations, Business Strategy, and Operating Model effectiveness, ensuring a practical approach and outcomes. He remains active in Catalyst 2030, collaborating with social entrepreneurs globally to accelerate progress toward SDG 2030.

Khanna began his career following the completion of his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad (India) and a B.Com from Shri Ram College of Commerce. He has also completed courses at IMD Lausanne and the London Business School. After a long and distinguished career, he is now recognised as a thought leader and sought-after keynote speaker and guest on podcasts.
