Intellistack StreamlineIntellistack, previously known as Formstack, has launched Intellistack Streamline. A new generation of solution that better suits its new identity. Intellistack Streamline is a no-code process automation platform that empowers organisations to build secure, error-free, data-rich workflows without requiring data migration or retention.

Intellistack Streamline addresses the siloed nature of data that exists in many organisations today. Often, those siloes through up barriers, such as compliance or security which results in employees using manual work arounds, often in Spreadsheets, to combine data sets.

The new solution aims to unlock data, simplify processes, and boost efficiency. By creating secure, error-free, data-rich workflows without requiring data migration or retention.

Dave Cole, CTO at Intellistack, commented, “Organisations no longer need to manage a patchwork of point solutions for forms, eSignatures, document generation, workflows, and contract lifecycle management.

“With Streamline, they can consolidate critical operations onto a single, no-code platform, dramatically reduce their total cost of operation, and most importantly, unlock the full potential of their data easily and securely.”

What is Intellistack Streamline

Intellistack Streamline connects to a wide variety of data sources, including Epic, MySQL, Snowflake, Oracle, Salesforce and others. It understands compliance requirements, including PII, ePHI, SOC, OCI, and HIPAA. It categorises the relevant data appropriately within the data flow.

Intellistack Streamline enables users to build data workflows using a no-code interface powered by AI that assists users in connecting data from disparate sources while remaining compliant and retaining relevant access controls. The solution can help dynamically prefill forms, generate documents, and support the use of eSignatures within the workflow.

Within the workflows, if the user adds or changes existing data, it is not retained by the solution. Still, it is written back to the relevant system of record and other relevant systems. For example, it can be used for financial agreements, authorisations, student enrolment and patient referrals.

Streamline will help reduce, if not eliminate, manual errors and duplication. It enables organisations to connect disparate systems with an intelligent mesh that includes the workflows that enable data synchronisation and updates.

Enterprise Times inquired about the cost of the new solution with Intellistack. Ennis Al-Asaaed, Vice President of Product Management at Intellistack, replied, We use a tiered, usage-based pricing model that does not charge by the number of users.”

I also asked Al-Asaaed what is on the roadmap for Intellistack Steamline. He answered, We’re prioritising features based on feedback from new customers as they come onboard, including support for additional data sources. We’re also working toward a contract lifecycle management (CLM) product offering.”

Availability and existing customers shout out

Streamline is generally available now. However, several customers have already been invoiced in the design partner program and are actively using Intellistack Streamline.

Anne Rocco Pacione, CIO at St. John’s University, commented, “Intellistack Streamline eliminates outdated processes and mitigates risks associated with inefficient software. By streamlining our workflows, we’re reclaiming valuable time, reducing costs, consolidating vendors, and enhancing data management and security —transforming inefficiency into innovation.”

Dr. Julia van Zyl, VP of Clinical Design, University of Tennessee Medical Centre, said, “I’m very excited about how Intellistack Streamline can solve complex healthcare problems and remove inefficient waste from the workflow, such as our Social Determinants of Health initiatives.”

Enterprise Times: What does this mean

With Intellistack Streamline, the company has launched the first of a new generation of products that will help organisations connect disparate data sets. Importantly, IT teams can create workflows, with AI assisting IT teams with some of the heavy lifting.

With the introduction of a contract lifecycle management solution, it will be interesting to see how this competes with the likes of Agiloft, Icertis and others. How will it differentiate? Streamline comes from the problem in a different way.

Intellistack has clearly seen an opportunity, and it will be interesting to see what other vertical solutions it looks to develop. The big question is whether this is a new generation of IPaaS solution or something entirely different.
