Sprinklr, the unified customer experience platform, has selected Rocketlane’s professional services automation platform to manage its projects. The decision to move to the Rocketlane platform will come as a blow to Certinia, who revealed in 2019 that the CX company was using its PSA solution. The decision followed a rigourous evaluation that was led by the Sprinklr services leadership. It is not known why Sprinklr decided to drop Certinia.
Tony Lee, Senior Director, Global Services Operations at Sprinklr, commented, “We were on the lookout for an enterprise-grade PSA, and Rocketlane was the only tool with the maturity and depth we needed. Its unique customer portal will help us improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. We are thrilled to partner together.”
Rocketlane continues growth
Sprinklr selecting Rocketlane demonstrates that it is becoming the choice for leading CX and AI SaaS vendors. Other clients include Uniphore, Observe.ai, and Moveworks. The firm is winning clients and developing its platform rapidly. It launched the next generation of Customer Portals last year. Thus, enabling customers to personalise their interactions with clients.
In the first quarter of 2025, it unveiled AI Fills. An AI-powered assistant that provides a range of productivity enhancements for users of its PSA platform. Last month it hosted its annual user conference with over fifty sessions. These included customer stories and thought leadership, which are now available on demand.
Srikrishnan Ganesan, CEO and Co-Founder of Rocketlane, commented, “Deploying AI at the enterprise level presents its own set of complexities, especially around customer accountability, collaboration, acceptance testing, and iterating on enhancements.
“Rocketlane has become the preferred platform for AI-first enterprises because we’ve built an all-in-one solution that’s purposefully designed to meet these unique demands and accelerate successful delivery.”
Enterprise Times: What does this mean
Rocketlane is making waves in the PSA market. As a relative newcomer, it appears to be making inroads into the more established players in the market. Sprinklr is also not a small firm. In its Q1 results it achieved total revenue of $205.5 million, up 5% year-over-year. Listed on the New York Stock Exchange, it is a substantial win for Rocketlane. One that will make others sit up and pay attention.
The Rocketlane platform is enterprise-ready and consists of a full range of PSA capabilities. These include project delivery, resource planning, time tracking, financial management, Reporting and collaboration.
