PWC Agiloft Partnership © 2025 Agiloft : Source : https://www.linkedin.com/posts/agiloft_contracts-clm-compliance-activity-7340725692008996865-Xjiv/Agiloft has announced a collaboration with PwC UK  that will see the consulting firm help transform contract lifecycle management in Enterprise clients. The Agiloft platform, combined with PwC contract lifecycle management expertise, will improve the contracting processes and compliance within UK firms.

The announcement extends Agiloft’s relationship with PwC in the US. Eric Laughlin, CEO, mentioned that the initial partnership was discussed during an interview last year with Enterprise Times.

Businesses that work with PwC and Agiloft will benefit from the combination of Agiloft’s industry-leading Data-first, AI-forward, no-code CLM platform and PwC UK’s deep expertise in business strategy, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance.

PwC will help the organisation to design and implement business transformation around its contracts using the Agiloft platform as a foundation. Agiloft highlighted three of the benefits that the partnership will deliver:

  • Smarter, faster contracts: Automate and streamline every stage of the contract lifecycle, from initiation to renewal.
  • Stronger compliance & governance: Navigate complex regulatory environments with confidence.
  • Greater ROI: Drive operational efficiency and extract more value from your contract portfolio.

Mike Rowden, PwC’s CLM Transformation Leader, commented, “Contracts are at the core of business relationships, and effective contract management is critical for cost optimisation, compliance, and risk mitigation. Our alliance with Agiloft will empower enterprise organisations to modernize contract processes and unlock significant business value.”

Prashant Dubey, Chief Strategy Officer at Agiloft, commented, “This collaboration with PwC UK is unique due to PwC UK’s global reach, vertical market expertise, and ability to integrate Agiloft CLM with other enterprise systems such as Oracle.

“Together, we will help businesses transform contract management from a transaction support process into a strategic advantage by leveraging automation, AI, and expert-led advisory, consulting, and implementation services.”

Adding another significant partner

PwC will potentially attract some significant organisations to the Agiloft platform and help cement PwC as a leading provider of services around CLM. PwC brings expertise in complex contracting workflows and regulatory environments across multiple departments. Its expertise in value creation, risk management, data analytics, and digital transformation will enable organisations to take full advantage of the Agiloft platform.

However, this announcement provides little detail, and although Enterprise Times asked Agiloft for further information, some questions remain unanswered.

  • How big is the team at PwC that will work with Agiloft, and what Agiloft certifications do they have?
  • What industries and functions will PwC focus on to implement Agiloft?
  • Has the PwC already implemented Agiloft for any customers?
  • What joint marketing will the firms do? Is PwC bringing customers to Agiloft, or is this more PwC becoming an implementation partner based on referrals from Agiloft?

Enterprise Times: What does this mean

This is an important step forward for Agiloft in the UK market. Getting PwC onto its partner roster in the UK is a positive step and should mean that there are some substantial projects already initiated. It will be interesting to see whether the firms unveil any case studies in the coming months. If successful.

The announcement comes a year after Conga announced a similar alliance. That saw Conga Composer and Conga Sign integrated with its new Legal Operations Portal (LOP). What does this latest announcement mean for Conga, and will Agiloft replace Conga within LOP? Nothing was said about this. Will Agiloft become the solution of choice for PwC, or will it maintain both relationships in the future?

Where the divide may sit is that PwC will leverage Conga where Salesforce is being used. But Agiloft is better suited to integrations with ERP platforms such as Oracle and SAP. Although only Oracle was mentioned. Hopefully, Agiloft will soon be added to the Alliances page on the PwC website (as of writing this article). Which currently lists competitors such as Coupa, ContractPodAI and Icertis, but not Agiloft.
