Cybage Software
Cybage Software revealed how it redefined utilisation management through strategic modernisation for a premier post-acute home-based care services company. The firm faced some critical limitations and performance issues related to server capacity, stability, downtimes, and outdated UI. They wanted to use the legacy platform and migrating to a more sophisticated cloud-based platform.
To solve these challenges, the UI/UX team developed and implemented a user-friendly new-gen interface with an intuitive design. The team also enhanced the workflow design to improve patient medical record navigation. And the intake and insurance eligibility check process.
Implementing Inrule as the key decision engine helped them automate critical business rules and processes. Finally, several useful integrations were built to streamline insurance eligibility verification with Axiom, claims processing with Plexis, letter generation with Forge and Evolve, and syncing national provider data with NPPES.
Working with a leading distribution and logistics provider in the Middle East, Cybage builds integrations between Infios and SAP ERP. The team implemented integrations to track and maintain temperature values in the WMS system for chilled/frozen SKUs to help control inventory. It also built custom features to assist business processes in the WMS and make future versions of WMS scalable.
So far, the client has had a 230% increase in throughput after Infios implementations. It has also boosted the client’s invoice accuracy by 100% and invoice processing speed by 2X.
FourKites
FourKites announced that Luis Solana, an experienced supply chain executive with expertise across diverse industries and regions, has joined its Strategic Advisory Council. Solana brings extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain management to FourKites’ advisory council, where he will provide strategic guidance on product innovation and market expansion.
Makip
Makip has released an update for the face synthesis AI “FaceChange” (patent pending) that allows users to synthesise their face on multiple items at once. It was first offered in May 2025 on the product pages and favourite pages of the apparel EC “PAL CLOSET”, operated by PAL Co., Ltd.
With this function, users can synthesise their faces on multiple items at once. Thus, improving the convenience of checking how they will look when worn. In addition, the face synthesis function, which was previously limited to product pages, can now be used on the top page and special feature pages. Thus, making it possible to use it in a wider range of situations.
Rocketlane
Rocketlane hosted its annual flagship conference, Propel, in San Francisco last week. The event drew over 300 professional services leaders. It spotlighted how AI is shaping the PS landscape, with Rocketlane unveiling its AI roadmap.

While also automating activities such as sales handoffs, project setup, documentation, team allocation, resource conflict resolution, time tracking, and more.

Workday Rising
The firm announced its Workday Rising conferences for 2025. Workday Rising 2025, the company’s annual flagship conference for finance, HR, and IT professionals, will take place September 15-18 in San Francisco. It will focus on the future of work and showcase bold ideas and powerful innovations designed to help organisations confidently manage their people, money, and AI agents.
