Nintex

Employee Onboarding

Nintex announced Nintex Employee Onboarding, a new pre-built solution that significantly reduces the time needed to complete employee onboarding tasks. This reduces the time needed for new hires to ramp up productivity, reduces business costs from onboarding delays, and reduces the administrative burden on HR, Finance, and IT teams.

Niranjan Vijayaragavan, Chief Product Officer at Nintex, said, “Employee onboarding touches every employee that enters an organisation. As a result, getting it right isn’t only important for employee experience and retention, but delays and disruptions throughout onboarding can negatively impact a business’s bottom line.

“Getting the onboarding experience right requires tight coordination across HR, Finance, IT, and hiring managers across all business units. Nintex Employee Onboarding brings these teams together to improve efficiency internally and provide a more consistent experience for new employees.”

The new solution has several components delivering the ability for customers to:

  • Create branded new hire portals. HR teams can easily configure onboarding flows without technical support to provide a branded experience where new hires can complete key tasks using a self-service interface.
  • Automate new employee setup. Import new employee data into HRIS systems through an out-of-the-box integration, removing the need for redundant data entry.
  • Customise approvals, documents, and signatures. Modify onboarding steps, business system integration settings, and day-one information for each role type.
  • Set up an internal operations portal. Launch pre-built processes to initiate new hires, configure roles, track progress, and more in a single, intuitive, end-to-end system.

Solution Studio

Nintex announced Solution Studio — a portal that helps IT and business teams easily design and build solutions that automate the unique business process challenges of their organizations. Solution Studio helps eliminate software sprawl by letting teams build custom solutions around their systems, approval flows, data, and business logic — instead of stitching together multiple off-the-shelf apps.

Niranjan Vijayaragavan, Chief Product Officer at Nintex, commented efficiency is top of mind for organizations today. Which has led many to consolidate their business application portfolio by building custom solutions leveraging AI and low-code platforms. Our partners and customers can now easily build purpose-built solutions or leverage pre-built solutions that quickly drive value by automating complex business processes.”

Features include:

      • Configurable and reusable modules: Create and configure common modules, like “approval flows” or “generating a document” once, then apply them across teams, systems, and processes without rebuilding business logic or custom coding.
      • Unified development environment: Design and deploy full-stack solutions leveraging application development, document generation, e-signature, and workflow automation, all within a single portal.
      • Enhanced governance and control: Maintain visibility, track usage, enforce standards, and manage access across an organization from a single dashboard for solution development.

The studio has already enabled Nintex to create Employee Onboarding, Licensing and Permitting. Partners will also be able to bring new solutions to market using the studio.

Bill Vencil, Associate Director, Protiviti Software Services, said, “We work with clients on a daily basis to effectively leverage, optimise, and strategically implement purpose-built Nintex solutions. We see a lot of opportunities and business cases in the marketplace for Solution Studio since it accelerates the implementation of solutions to complex processes.”
