It was a very busy week with conferences galore. Enterprise Times also published interviews and podcasts from conferences held in the previous week. Amanda Razani attended the Qlik Connect 2025 conference and spoke to Sharad Kumar, Field CTO – Data at Qlik. They spoke about the innovations the company is rolling out and how they will help transform enterprises with Data and Agentic AI.

Gong has extended its partnership with Microsoft by adding an integration between the Gong Revenue AI platform and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
At Zoholics US, Zoho made several product announcements. It included the launch of Ulaa Enterprise, an enterprise-ready privacy-focused browser. The firm also launched Zoho Payments in the US. A Fintech solution that will enable it to provide secure, seamless, and scalable payment processing across its applications.
Research
Deltek published two major pieces of research. It published the 46th Annual Clarity Architecture and Engineering Study. Megan Miller, Director of Product Marketing at Deltek, summarised the findings as follows, “Firms are cautiously optimistic with strong profitability numbers while facing ongoing labour pressures and economic challenges.”
Deltek has published its 16th Annual Clarity Government Contracting Study. Kevin Plexico, SVP of Information Solutions at Deltek, summarised the massive report, saying, “This year’s report reflected a sentiment of optimism, despite the typical challenges fueled by a new administration and economic constriction.
“There is undoubtedly significant change on the horizon for the contracting community. And the optimism reflected in this report has likely been tempered.”
11:11 Systems
11:11 Systems published a case study with Detmold Group, a global leader in sustainable packaging manufacturing.
This partnership showcases how Detmold leveraged 11:11 Systems’ solutions to modernise and protect its global IT infrastructure. With 11:11 Cloud, Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) for Zerto, and Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365, Detmold was able to streamline operations, enhance scalability, and strengthen data security across its expansive global network.

This collaboration integrates Azul’s deep runtime visibility and Java expertise with Moderne’s powerful platform for automated, multi-repository, rules-based code refactoring.
Together, they enable organisations to continuously secure, maintain and modernise their Java applications with unprecedented scale and precision.

Cybage Software published a case study noting how it assisted a leading US digital financial services provider with process optimisation and scalability. It helped to scale its money movement and to integrate expanding payout (GNIE ) and pay-in (PINE) capabilities to ensure seamless transactions.
Cybage helped the firm boost revenue and cost savings, successfully optimised COGS and transaction efficiency. The results effectively lowered failure rates in both payout and pay-in processes. It ensured smooth operations by providing relentless support for quicker resolution of issues. The automation solutions improved reliability and strengthened delivery commitments, resulting in achieving wider market reach with scalable infrastructure.
Deltek
PM Compass
Deltek announced the latest release of Deltek PM Compass 8.5. The update improved the user experience and several aspects of integration and flexibility.
The UX improvements included an expanded navigation menu, a larger comments dialogue box, simplified views and an enhanced text label display. The key update, however, is the release of the first public API for PM Compass.
The Import process API enables firms to batch import progress workflows and support for Azure VM and Azure SQL to expand the deployment options.
Bentley
Deltek published an interview with Bentley Project Management. A project and cost management construction partner that works on strategic, infrastructure, residential and commercial schemes across the UK for the public and private sectors. The firm replaced spreadsheets with Deltek Vantagepoint as the firm tripled in size post-COVID.
Caroline Franklin, Head of Finance at Bentley Project Management, explains how she selected Vantagepoint after a rigorous scoring system compared the options. She commented, “Deltek Vantagepoint has been developed with our type of business in mind. It allows us to configure workflows and reports to meet our needs while also covering the fundamental requirements of an accounting system.”
Now deployed, the solution is transforming how it manages projects and finances. Projects are integrated with client billing, giving greater visibility to the finance team.
Franklin added, “Our project managers can easily spot any anticipated issues around fees in a project. It means that when they need to change the scope of the project, they can start those conversations with clients earlier and avoid any surprises.”
Bentley plans to develop its use of Vantagepoint, taking advantage of the resource management features to further enhance the solution. Franklin’s approach to the deployment is cautious but sensible. Aiming to allocate enough time to roll out new features properly to further improve the benefits.
ERW Site Solutions
A turn-key construction company, ERQ Site Solutions, implemented Deltek ComputerEase. After relying on notepads, QuickBooks software, and spreadsheets to manage their business. ComputerEase helped address the challenges of visibility and scalability for the business.
Day one, the implementation was hosted in the cloud, transforming how the firm worked. Carl Griffith, SVP of Operations, commented, “Moving our data to the cloud has been a game-changer for day-to-day operations. By eliminating the need for internal IT oversight of servers and data lines, the team has been able to reallocate valuable resources—those with deep knowledge of budgeting and takeoffs—back to their core strengths.

With ComputerEase, ERW was able to track project milestones like substantial completion more accurately. Thus, empowering the accounting team to take charge and trigger retainage billings proactively. This shift from reactive to strategic thinking started a ripple effect across the entire organisation. The firm has embraced every update rolled out in the cloud. Taking advantage of the updates, WIP reporting and more recently the new OCR capabilities.
IFS Ultimo
IFS Ultimo has announced that it has deepened its partnership with Pontifexx, which is now reselling Ultimo in the DACH region. Pontifexx has been reselling IFS Ultimo in the Netherlands since 2020 and is now looking to expand.
James Mansfield, Global Channel Director, Ultimo, says of the agreement, “We have been working with Pontifexx successfully and on a basis of trust for many years. The expansion of this partnership and the selection of Pontifexx Deutschland GmbH as a sales partner for the DACH region is the next logical step for us.

insightsoftware announced Spreadsheet Server which now integrates with the Infor M3 Cloud ERP platform. This integration empowers finance teams in manufacturing and distribution to build and refresh reports directly in Excel. Thus eliminating manual work, streamlining reporting cycles, and enabling faster, more confident decision-making.
With Spreadsheet Server, finance teams can seamlessly access Infor data in Excel and build reports using the skills they already have. Without relying on IT, manually configuring data in a browser, or second-guessing outdated numbers.

Synder, the accounting automation platform, announced its new integration with NetSuite, Oracle’s leading cloud ERP system. Panasonic revealed that Cercle Odyssey will use Panasonic’s 3-Chip DLP projectors to reimagine immersive, cinematic storytelling. By synchronising stunning 4K visuals with live music during its world tour.

Kaseya has announced that it has officially joined forces with Pulseway, a recognised leader in remote monitoring and management (RMM) solutions. Formal integration of the companies marks the next phase in a longstanding partnership to deliver cutting-edge IT solutions to small businesses worldwide. Kaseya purchased a stake in Pulseway several years ago. It will be interesting to see what this means for the Pulseway roadmap.

Workday
Workday published Future-Ready Feds: Modernising Human Capital Management to Empower Government Service. The report highlights critical inefficiency: Federal HR leaders dedicate almost half their time (48%) to system workarounds, error correction, data reconciliation, and manual tasks. Key challenges include security risks, limited analytics, and data sharing issues.
Surprisingly, despite these clear problems, only 48% of leaders consider HR modernisation a high priority. And 83% report lacking a modernisation roadmap.
The consequences are real: During a typical week, 47% of federal HR leaders face data update delays due to manual processes. And more than one in four (28%) encounter system downtime or technical failures.

Zoho Voice has launched Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC) to let you use your preferred carrier. While still leveraging the benefits of the contact centre platform. Users can port their existing carrier’s SIP trunks, including number ranges. It ensures they can get the best deal for calls, with less disruption. While using the comprehensive call centre features that Zoho Voice provides.
