Pipefy has announced the appointment of Fernando Teixeira as Senior Global Director for Strategic Partnerships & Alliances. He replaces Rafaela Costa, who left the company in April and joined Ericsson as the Head of Networks and Managed Services Business Area for Latam South.
Teixeira has the remit to drive growth through Pipefy’s strategic partnerships and Alliances. These partners include BPA accounts, ISVs, and Global System Integrators. Pipefy has over a hundred partners, including firms such as Accenture, Capgemini, BHub, RSM, and Wipro.
Partners are critical to Pipefy’s expansion as they provide the in-depth knowledge that connects Pipefy solutions to client requirements. There is little indication of how Teixeira will influence partner relationships in the future.
Who is Fernando Teixeira?

Texeira has over 20 years of experience in the technology sector. He joins from Google, where he was General Manager, Google Cloud Consulting Brazil. Before Google, he spent 18 years at Accenture, rising to Managing Director of Accenture’s Microsoft Business Group Latam.
During his career, he has led digital transformations, built high-performance teams and grown the business units he was responsible for. Whilst at Google, he grew revenues by 40% and was responsible for signing several consulting contract deals across the region. He does not appear to have worked extensively with channel partners.
Whilst he has experience working at Accenture, meaning he understands how GSIs work, it will be interesting to see what his strategy for building relationships with existing partners will be.
Teixeira has a degree in Automation and Control Engineering from the University of Brasilia and an MBA in Business Management from Insper (São Paulo).
Teixeira commented, “My decision to join Pipefy was motivated by the combination of Pipefy’s innovative process automation platform leveraged by AI, and its transformative potential in the global market, combined with a dynamic culture focused on growth. This is fully in line with my professional goals. I hope to contribute with my experience, helping to generate a lasting impact on the way organisations work.”
Enterprise Times: What does this mean
Partners are critical for Pipefy’s successful growth. Teixeira is an experienced leader, and it will be interesting to see how he develops the partner ecosystem. He takes on, what is a relatively new role, which Costa filled only last September.
Costa was also responsible for Professional Services, and it does not appear that Teixeira has the same responsibility. It means that he will be able to focus on driving growth across the partner ecosystem, and presumably adding more partners as well. It will be interesting to see what his strategy is over the coming months.
