Workday has announced a new partnership with Randstad, a leading talent company that will make it easier for enterprises to identify, assess and hire talent. Workday has now integrated its modern Recruiting Agent, powered by the AI platform Illuminate, with Randstad’s talent network.
The announcement comes ten months after Workday revealed that Randstad would be extending its implementation of HRM with Finance and the Workday AI platform.
The new integration will give business HR recruiters working with the Workday platform access to the Randstad talent network. Illuminate will provide intelligent automation and insights to reduce the often time-consuming search for talent. The Workday Recruitment Agent already interfaces Workday HCM to the HiredScore capabilities and Microsoft Teams. Adding the Randstad talent network gives access to a massive talent pool of top talent.

Availability
The Workday Recruiting Agent is available with the integration to Randstad in the US. Workday plans to make the solution available elsewhere in the future. However, it could not be found on the Workday Marketplace.
