Over the last few years, Pulseway has driven a 26% year over year growth rate. It has added partnerships and rolled out several updates to its RMM solution. It also held its first annual virtual conference Pulseway Nexus, which was attended by over 300. There were 20 interactive sessions with more than 15 guest speakers. The event was well received, and while the numbers seem low it will be interesting if its success draws in more customers at a future event.

Edgar Zacharjev, VP of Product and Strategy, reflected on the year, saying, “2024 was a remarkable year for Pulseway as we worked side by side with our partners. Listening closely to their feedback allowed us to address their main challenges and deliver solutions that meet their evolving needs. This collaborative approach has been key to our success and will continue to guide us as we move forward.”

Product development

Over the last year, Pulseway has revealed seven major updates. Including the latest 9.12, which saw the addition of OpenID Connect authentication protocol integration for single sign-on. The releases have consistently improved its Workflow engine adding several new templates to automate tasks for customers.

The biggest product update was the launch of Pulseway MDM in October. Priced competitively, Pulseway has seen a strong take-up of the new mobile device management platform.

In November, it introduced Pulseway Assist, a powerful generative AI solution that Zacharjev described as “a monumental step forward for MSPs and IT partners looking to streamline their workflows and day-to-day operations, manage tickets with greater efficiency and deliver exceptional results. By harnessing the power of AI, we’re enabling our partners to offload repetitive, time-consuming tasks and focus on strategic, high-value activities.”

The solution was initially delivered against three use cases. The summarisation of tickets, which not only summarised tickets it also provided the next best actions. A smart writing assistant to help users write professional, informative communications. Finally, a smart resolution summary to provide a concise round up at the ticket resolution stage that can also feed into a knowledge article.

During the year, the various updates have also enhanced integrations and further strengthened the PSA and RMM solutions. With better controls, compliance features and remote-control enhancements, amongst others.

Partnerships

Pulseway continues to support and help educate MSPs with new initiatives. In 2024, it announced a partnership with Technology Marketing Toolkit (TMT) and Robin Robins, a leading authority on MSPs. The partnership aims to deliver exceptional resources and expertise to Pulseway’s MSP partners. Thus helping them scale their businesses and enhance their service offerings. The collaboration will provide Pulseway partners access to cutting-edge training marketing resources. These will include blueprint strategies and business development tools to drive growth and profitability.

Looking ahead to 2025

Pulseway has big plans for 2025, with continued growth and product development top of the agenda. It plans to further expand its product portfolio and deepen its relationship with its customers, both amongst MSPs and Enterprises that leverage its tools. Its product developments are focused on making life easier for customers listening to feedback that helps them shape product development. It has a rich roadmap for the future. With releases planned every five weeks in 2025 and a few major releases each year.

Zacharjev summarised, “Our unwavering focus on what matters most to our customers and partners drove meaningful innovations and strengthened our relationships. As we look ahead to 2025, we’re committed to building on this foundation, tackling new challenges, and delivering even greater value.”

Enterprise Times: What does this mean

What has been impressive about Pulseway this year is the regular cadence of product updates that have both introduced new features and enhanced existing ones. Over the year, Enterprise Times has covered many of these updates. Each time, there has been something that will obviously make life much easier for MSPs.

At the heart of the Pulseway RMM solution is the mobile enabled RMM capability. This will enable MSPs to manage and monitor their client sites using a mobile device effectively. Which is critical for both small and large teams that are always on the move. More is promised in 2025, and it will be interesting to see how it develops its AI capabilities especially.
