Who is Rob Enslin
Until June, Enslin was the CEO of UiPath, a role he held, initially jointly for over two years. He led the Business Automation Platform vendor company to non-GAAP profitability, advanced the company’s AI strategy, drove expansion into new markets and played a significant role in the company’s growth, according to founder Daniel Dines, who has resumed the role of CEO.
Enslin joined UiPath from Google Cloud, where he was president of Cloud Sales. There, he scaled the operation and drove revenue growth for three years. He spent nearly 27 years at SAP, where he rose to President Cloud Business Group and Executive Board Member.
At SAP, he led the development and delivery of the entire portfolio of SAP cloud Applications and services globally. He has the experience to compete effectively against SAP and Oracle, Workday’s main rivals, for its finance and people solutions.
During his career at SAP, he held roles in South Africa, the USA, Europe, and Asia. It has given him a breadth of geographical experience. On that should enable him to deliver a valuable contribution as Workday scales up even further. In a podcast with The Masters.AI he commented, “The power of diversity is to bring different thinking together. More you can experience the different cultures at depth, it gives you the ability to run global organizations at scale.”
Enslin commented, “Joining Workday at this pivotal moment is incredibly exciting. Workday’s unparalleled dataset, combined with its commitment to innovation, positions the company to become the definitive AI leader in the ERP market. I’m thrilled to be part of this transformation and shape the future of work.”
