Alongside the other announcements at Zoholics India, the global company also announced the official launch of Zoho Payments in India. Note that Zoho Payments is also available in early access in the US.
Zoho has updated Zoho Solo for the latest iOS version 18 update. It leverages the new features from the software version to power the all-in-one toolkit for solopreneurs.
Another announcement around iOS is that Zoho Lens, Zoho’s leading AR remote assistance tool, now supports Apple Vision Pro.

Panasonic Connect has announced the TOUGHBOOK G2mk3. It believes it is the first tablet with an AI-enabled Intel processor and offers market-leading customisation and modularity.
The first rugged tablet using Windows 11 Pro to offer AI edge processing capabilities, the new 10.1-inch TOUGHBOOK G2mk3 utilises the Intel Core Ultra 5 processor 135U (with Intel vPro Technology).

Newgen Software announced the continuation of its strategic partnership with Fadata, a trusted core insurance solution provider. The collaboration sees collaboration integrating Newgen’s Omnidocs, a comprehensive enterprise content management (ECM) platform, with Fadata’s INSIS, a cloud-based insurance process management system covering all lines of business.
Rajvinder Singh Kohli, Senior Vice President at Newgen, added, “This collaboration is a game-changer for the insurance industry. iplicit
iplicit has published a blog revealing that Beaulieu Enterprises Ltd, the organisation behind the National Motor Museum, has selected the iplicit accounting software system to replace its legacy solution.

Infosys
Infosys announced its strategic collaboration with Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc (SBH), an American international specialty beauty retailer and distributor of professional beauty supplies. Infosys will help SBH standardize and simplify its IT systems and services by implementing AI-driven hyper-automation. The transformation will enable SBH to activate enhanced IT services with 24/7 predictive and proactive monitoring.
Scott Lindblom, CIO of Sally Beauty, said, “We are excited to be collaborating with Infosys as we take SBH into the future by modernizing our IT service delivery and meeting the goals set by our “Fuel for Growth” initiative. Infosys announced a strategic collaboration with Polestar (Nasdaq: PSNY), the Swedish electric performance car brand. Infosys will establish a global technology hub for Polestar at its development centre in Bengaluru, India.
This hub aims to deliver electric vehicle (EV) software development and validation across many domains including infotainment, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), telematics, Electrical / Electronics (SW&EE) engineering, user experience (UX), and cloud-powered digital services. Infosys will also leverage in-tech, its latest acquisition in the R&D space, to complement the engagement.

With Infor hosting its Velocity Summit this week in Las Vegas at the Fontainebleau, October 1st to 2nd, it published several articles to whet the appetite of customers.
It announced revealed how Arjo is strengthening its partnership with Infor. The global leader in medical devices and solutions will consolidate its systems on the multi-tenant Infor solution.
It revealed that Sealord Group Ltd is replacing multiple outdated legacy systems with Infor’s customized, industry-specific, cloud-based ERP system. The New Zealand-based company replaced Microsoft Dynamics NAS with an Infor Cloud-based ERP solution.
Infor published a short video and article about how Endries has saved over 9000 hours through automation and AI from Infor has enabled the organisation to scale the supply chain solutions provider.
In a short video, President & CTO Soma Somasundaram, Infor, gave a sneak preview of the October product launch this week. He revealed, “The most exciting thing in this release is Process Mining. What this capability will allow you to do is to look at how your processes are actually running and bring more efficiencies, bring it closer to standard and get more automation, more optimisation, more insights for your users to make better decisions.”

Deltek
ECU Communications is leveraging Deltek GovWin IQ to expand into new markets and create sourcing partnerships. For the last twenty years, the firm has worked with government agencies like the U.S. Department of State, the Department of Commerce and the Department of Homeland Security, both as a subcontractor and as a prime.
They put their success down to identifying opportunities well in advance of any bid. Dave Hendrix, Director of Business Development for ECU Communications, said, “We spend time looking at what’s coming out on a daily basis and submitting requests for information for opportunities that are ‘in the street’ today. But the most potential for us to get a win is identifying opportunities that are six to 18 months out.

Certinia has announced that it has initiated a global initiative called International Services Week in partnership with Certinia, Avalara, Diabsolut, RSM, Slalom, and OpMentors. It aims to celebrate the essential role of services and technology organizations in today’s global economy.
The new, independently-organized annual event will see a range of events, both physical and virtual. It will be officially launched at TSIA World Envision, with cocktails at our themed welcome and networking reception on Monday, October 21, at booth 301 on the expo floor.
BICS
BICS announced a partnership with Cellusys, a leading roaming signalling solutions provider, to strengthen its international roaming services. The collaboration will support value-added roaming services, including Steering of Roaming, Welcome SMS, and Roaming Call Correction.
