SkySparc has announced the appointment of Jeff Struzenski as Managing Director for the Americas. He will be responsible for the expansion of SkySparc’s consultancy practice in the Americas. Struzenski will focus on delivering integrated solutions that enhance existing financial systems. The Americas team will provide end-to-end integration, improved reporting, data utilisation, and automation.
The SkySparc approach aims to unify treasury, risk management, payments, and working capital processes, enabling real-time, intelligent enterprise liquidity decisions. SkySparc professional services and solutions aim to maximise the return on investment for clients’ existing solutions and advance their financial capabilities. It is an approach they have taken across Europe and has had a small presence in the US for some time.
SkySparc recently acquired infiniance to strengthen its treasury consultancy and create a presence in Denmark. It has now strengthened the US team as it looks to further expand in the Americas. However, so far, there are no open roles in the US with only a few employees according to LinkedIn. In the role of Managing Director for the Americas, will Struzenski have the budget to employ new people? Or will SkySparc be looking to expand rapidly through acquisition?
Joakim Wiener, CEO of SkySparc, said, “Jeff is joining SkySparc at a truly exciting time, and I am extremely pleased he has agreed to spearhead our growth in the Americas. Jeff brings a unique skill set combining consulting, general management, and liquidity domain expertise to the role, making him especially qualified to help our clients transform their financial operations. The Americas market is ripe for these services, and SkySparc, combined with the recent acquisition of infiniance, is in a prime position to help accelerate this changing landscape.”
Who is Jeff Struzenski?
Struzenski has worked in the financial services sector for over 25 years. He joins the company from Guidehouse where he was Growth Leader at the financial services consulting firm. He was the Senior Vice President of Global Banking at Kyriba. At Kyriba, he led global banking partnerships with Goldman Sachs, Citi, and US Bank.
Before Kyriba Struzenski spent eight years at EY, where he rose to Managing Director and a global client consulting lead. At EY, he headed the New England Wealth and Asset Management consulting practice.

He was also head of global treasury and cash management sales and account management at ION. There he was responsible for Wallstreet Systems America. Struzenski helped build a strong legacy platform. Which included landing several key clients such as GE Capital, Toyota Financial, Vanguard, IBM, and Blackstone. He also spent several years at both Bearing Point, making Managing Director and KPMG, where he became the partner in charge of the northeast business development team.
Jeff Struzenski, Managing Director, SkySparc Americas, said, “I’m thrilled to join SkySparc and lead our efforts in the Americas with our hands-on, practical business approach to assist clients in rethinking how they can elevate their financial operations. Our goal is to provide a streamlined, integrated method that will enable organisations to move towards a more unified, intelligent financial ecosystem to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.”
Enterprise Times: What does this mean
Struzenski has deep experience in both financial services consulting and leadership. His LinkedIn profile states his role as an advisor rather than a Managing Director. It will be interesting to see the appetite the company has for growth in the US. SkySparc is ambitious in terms of its growth.
Is this latest appointment a signal that it will continue to invest seriously in the US and grow the team further? So far, there is no indication that it is looking to hire organically. However, Struzenski may have the contacts and knowledge to identify and help pursue a potential acquisition.
