It has appointed Max Roberts as its new Chief Operating Officer and Belinda Finch as Chief Information Officer. Other appointments came from Advanced and Paperless Parts. Infor announced a new partnership with Hexagon and two customer stories.

Other customer announcements came from Blue Yonder, Ramco Systems, Unanet and Workday. Workday has also expanded its relationship with Kainos.

Appointments

Advanced announced the appointment of Katie Obi as its new Chief People Officer.

Paperless Parts announced the promotion of Jason Luce from Senior Vice President of Engineering to Chief Technology Officer. In addition, Paperless Parts Co-Founder Scott Sawyer has been named Chief Scientist.

Business

Infor announced that it had formed a partnership with ETQ, part of Hexagon, to strengthen the solution ecosystem for food and beverage, life sciences, chemicals, fashion, and distribution enterprises requiring best-in-class quality management and environmental, health and safety solutions. The ETQ Reliance quality management system (QMS) will provide capabilities for document control, corrective and preventative actions (CAPA), non-conformance management, employee training management, enterprise risk management, supplier quality management, audits, and quality analytics. ETQ Reliance also offers a portfolio of environmental health and safety (EHS) applications. It is a modern cloud-native solution that fits well with Infor’s industry cloud platform.

Ricoh Hong Kong Limited and Belgian business management software firm Odoo announced a strategic partnership. As Odoo’s strategic partner, Ricoh is equipped with extensive Odoo product knowledge and the Quickstart Implementation Methodology.

Workday and Kainos announced an expanded collaboration to empower businesses to go live with Workday technology in less than four weeks. The two companies have launched the joint offering “Spark&Grow”. Specifically designed to help emerging and medium enterprises deploy Workday faster. Angelique de Vries-Schipperijn, President EMEA at Workday, said, “We are thrilled to join forces with Kainos to introduce an innovative offering that helps growing businesses leverage Workday’s powerful capabilities. This collaboration signifies our shared commitment to empower emerging and medium-sized businesses to embrace digital transformation with cutting edge technology.”

7-Eleven Mexico has implemented Blue Yonder’s category management SaaS solution to address a gap in its retail operations and gain the ability to create planograms. Which has resulted in a better consumer shopping experience and minimised out-of-stock products. GOLDCO, a Blue Yonder partner, successfully implemented the project.

INETEC, a Croatian provider of technology for non-destructive examination, has migrated to Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise, a cloud solution powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and designed specifically for manufacturing companies.

Swiss food wholesaler Bio Partner has successfully implemented Infor CloudSuite Food & Beverage. Besides automating and accelerating business processes, the company benefits from the scalability, security and innovation of the Infor cloud platform powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Ramco Systems Corporation announced that its US-based, wholly-owned subsidiary, Ramco Systems Defense and Security Incorporated (RSDSI), has completed the Phase I implementation of its Aviation M&E MRO Suite V5.9 at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI), the world leader in unmanned aerial systems.

Semper Valens, a Texas-based government contractor, has selected Unanet’s GovCon ERP to provide the company with the streamlined, user-friendly business tools it needs to forecast projects and drive growth.

Workday published details of how KeyBank — with 2,000 vendors and more than 5,000 contracts in motion — adopted the Workday Strategic Sourcing solution, a  source-to-pay platform, to push its procurement transformation forward.

Workday announced that AdventHealth has selected Workday Financial Management, Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) for Healthcare, Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Peakon Employee Voice, and Workday Extend to support its mission in delivering exceptional whole-person care.
