Accenture has acquired SIGNAL, an integrated marketing firm based in Tokyo, Japan.
Altair has acquired OmniQuest, a Novi, Mich.-based optimization software company. OmniQuest’s flagship product, Genesis, is an advanced structural analysis and optimization software. It uses the finite element method to solve problems with many variables and constraints.
Ellucian announced an agreement to acquire Tribal Group plc (“Tribal”). A UK-based enterprise resource planning (“ERP”) and customer relationship management (“CRM”) software and services provider to the education sector.
