Clevertouch Marketing has rebranded to Clevertouch Consulting to better reflect the services and solutions it offers. It has also created a new European Consulting team and made several changes within its leadership team.
Elaine Webley has been appointed as COO and CMO to lead operations and marketing strategy, having previously served as Managing Director and Client Services Director.
Stuart West, who started at the firm at the beginning of January 2023, was promoted to Chief Revenue Officer from Vice President of Sales. He spent over 11 years at BrightTalk. He will lead the sales team across both services and SaaS products.
Jamie Burrell is now Chief Strategy Officer and continues to lead the consultancy team.
Lucy Larner joined in April 2023 as Chief Financial Officer after fifteen years in various SMB finance roles.
Adam Sharp, founder and CEO at Clevertouch Consulting, commented: “Economic times are tough, and as marketers, we all have to sharpen our focus on revenue delivery, customer conversion and productivity within our day-to-day activities.
“We are committed to investing in the most advanced marketing products and services, driving the efficiencies created by AI, but also backed by a super strategic team to give clients the best possible business outcomes.
“Our name change reflects the changing nature of the business and the desire for clients to bring the martech capability in house, with the support of Clevertouch Consulting to optimise their investment.”
Bringing generative AI to Momentum
Clevertouch has already announced the addition of ContentAI, a new feature within its Momentum software product. Momentum enables marketers to deliver streamlined email & landing page campaigns. ContentAI enables marketers to build marketing content using dedicated Personas custom-tailored for your teams.
It can help to redraft content, expediting content creation to address different personas, enabling teams to create marketing content three times faster than before, Clevertouch estimates.
Enterprise Times: What does this mean
Clevertouch is a consultancy with a difference. It leverages marketing technology to deliver its services, helping and supporting a wide range of brands, including Grant Thornton, Legal & General, British Land and Fujitsu. It also has its software, Momentum, which it deploys with client marketing teams to help assist them.
The company has partnerships with Adobe, Oracle, Microsoft and Tableau, with expertise in some of the leading martech in the world. The new organisational structure looks as though it is seeking to expand its reach further.
